We were greeted warmly, were treated to a comfortable waiting area with coffee and fresh donuts, and a young lady made a fresh batch of tasty popcorn. There is a charging station with a table if you need to some work while you wait.
Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved
We spent three months researching and test driving vehicles. Once we determined exactly what we wanted, we started working with our local dealer to find it (they did not have what we wanted on their lot). It was a huge waste of time. We stumbled across an XC90 at Royal South Volvo which is 3.5 hours and out-of-state from where we live. Two phone calls and a few pictures later, we had a great price on our new vehicle, including a really solid price on my trade-in. They knew I didn’t want to waste an entire day traveling only to be disappointed and they did not disappoint. This was honestly THE best car shopping experience of my life and I absolutely hate car shopping. Ask for Nick or Ryan and they will take very good care of you.

Or lease was coming to an end So, we thought we would come in & get some ideas. We asked for Teresa, since she had helped us previously. As per usual she was excellent. We asked to see a Soul & a Sportage. Both were very nice . The color of the Sportage was deep red & a tremendous fit for both of us. Then Todd Castor was great help with explaining the paper work. This is our 5th Kia & undoubtably not our Last. Thank you Teresa & Todd.

Best selection, best service, very friendly and courteous staff, wonderful clean showroom... went out of their way to make me happy, listen to my financial situation, was able to get me placed into a brand new vehicle for less than a used vehicle.. which was beyond amazing!! The letter said it would take an hour for service but only took a half hour . Everyone was very helpful , especially a young man named Fred Gouveia , who was checking on my car and had it brought out to me after service was complete . Excellent Experience !
This was my first time making a purchase like this. I used cars.Com to find the perfect car I was looking for it came down to a Toyota and a Kia. When I saw the Kia Soul I was very impressed it was perfect for me honestly.

I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but sadly this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.
