I would like to amend my previous review of this dealership there was a communication error the proper people did not get my messages so my issue was never addressed they have now contacted me and are going to take care of everything so I really appreciate what they have done for me, it was a very seamless buying process it was very nice car for a good price.Nice to have a small local dealership take cares!
We thought our sales person Pete Ruiz did very well as a sales associate and we enjoyed the sales process and working with him. The low key approach was just right. The Soul is working out well. We both enjoy driving it. It???s comfortable, the fuel mileage is better than the specs, we???re getting 30 ??? 31 mpg driving in the city. So that???s nice. The experience was professional, friendly and enjoyable. Pete was great to work with.
Best selection, best service, very friendly and courteous staff, wonderful clean showroom... went out of their way to make me happy, listen to my financial situation, was able to get me placed into a brand new vehicle for less than a used vehicle.. which was beyond amazing!! These guys are the best... I'm going back in a few months with my husband to get him a car as well.. We love love love the five stars we received all-around. Will be returning for sure.

We spent three months researching and test driving vehicles. Once we determined exactly what we wanted, we started working with our local dealer to find it (they did not have what we wanted on their lot). It was a huge waste of time. We stumbled across an XC90 at Royal South Volvo which is 3.5 hours and out-of-state from where we live. Two phone calls and a few pictures later, we had a great price on our new vehicle, including a really solid price on my trade-in. They knew I didn’t want to waste an entire day traveling only to be disappointed and they did not disappoint. This was honestly THE best car shopping experience of my life and I absolutely hate car shopping. Ask for Nick or Ryan and they will take very good care of you.
The team out at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia has a winning combination with Darwin Cunningham and Ken Stark. This was my first experience with this dealership and even though it's quite of a drive from the local dealerships that are closer to home, it is WELL worth the drive. After arriving, I met with Ken Stark who I can't say enough about. There were no slick gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. As cliche as it might sound, but we hit it off as if we were buddies for years. Again, he was easy to talk to, the other employees/salesman appeared as though they genuinely enjoyed working there, you could just feel that positive energy in the air. It made car buying fun again as it should be. Enter Darwin Cunningham. This guy gets it. It's those little things that go a long way. When delivered on EXACTLY what I wanted, he wrote "CONGRATS!!!" on the paper. It made it that much more fun on signing and being a part of this great experience. He too couldn't have been easier to talk to and was VERY transparent. Extremely friendly, kept me informed every step of the way and was fast at delivering what I wanted but took his time when or if I had any questions to ensure we were on the same page. The service I received at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia is nothing short of extraordinary. To say that both the car buying experience and its salespeople have challenged my preconceptions about your typical car dealership and its antics is a gross understatement. They have truly changed my mind and those ideologies and I will be telling anyone and everyone that will listen about my experience and to give Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia a try before they give another dealership their business.

My time at Kia was wonderful, everyone made the expierence very plain less and simple. It didn???t take nearly as long as I thought it was going to and I was able to get a brand new vehicle in my price range. Any questions I had they were answered very promptly and correctly. Over all every person I interacted with made me feel welcome and comfortable!

Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved
We always have a great experience when we get our vehicles service here. Everybody is very friendly and my husband was very excited this last time to find that they are pet friendly and that he was able to bring his dog with him and sit in the waiting area. We would definitely recommend Kia's services to our friends and family.
I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
We love Steve Allen, he is always very friendly and very helpful in finding is a great car and we love Lynette in the shop who is also very friendly and helpful! We won't go anywhere else to find a car because we know that your office is always honest! Thank you!
Eddy Mayorga provided an excellent, knowledgeable, down to business car buying experience. South Dade Toyota???s online assistance was rapid and narrowed down my choices prior to arrival. With Eddy???s guidance I found the vehicle I wanted, trade-in help, price...an all around good deal. Demo, sale, tags, insurance all handled crisply at South Dade same day so I could leave with the car I wanted. I am a return customer for a reason - Great Service!
