We purchased a used Kia Forte here, the car and salespeople were ready and expecting us when we got there, and all was handled professionally. Only nuisance was it took a while to finish prepping the care after we had signed all the paperwork, we had to wait another 30-40 minutes, but other than that, all was good.
William Ryee and Tony were very helpful finding a Sorento with everything we wanted. William really worked with us to negotiate a price within our budget. We got a great car at a price better than we could ever have expected. Our family has purchased a lot cars from many places, and this was one of the best experiences. Defintely referring people here, especially to William!
Angel (salesperson) really worked hard on my deal and found that after crunching the numbers, a lease was better for my situation. I don't drive a lot and a lease gave me the ability to feel comfortable with my payments.

I walked in on the recommendation of a friend and truthfully did not expect to leave with anything but a status report. But a hamster dance, some ice cream, and a quick test drive later, Martin was able to answer my questions and work with me to drive away in a brand new Kia Soul! I'm still processing this; the fact that I have a brand new car and how Chris the financial advisor was able to work with me to finance the lease. The entire crew was top notch and I'm forever grateful to them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Mousa's patience and assistance in every aspect of the sales cycle was so comforting and with no pressure. He never overpromised anything. His estimates and answers to all questions, were very reasonable and on par with reality when he went to confirm them. This is because of his professional experience and great attitude. Mousa also went out of his way to work with my schedule and requests. If you are buying at KIA, PLEASE ask for him!
As a first car buyer I was really nervous after getting so much rejection and bad sales people from other dealers. Annie here in Irvine turned my experience all around! She made me feel like getting my car was a possibility and made it happen! I really appreciate how much she helped me over the phone the day before I came in and then she helped me to understand everything I was receiving and paying for. She???ll make you feel at home, she is the best!
Alabama alabama Alabama!! The only real and honest salesman. Not just in it for his cut he worked hard and fast. Got me in a brand new vehicle no hidden anything. Dont see anyone else! I promise you the best service. They dont offer you refreshments though which was pretty rude. Considering youre there for 3-4 hours.
Great experience - made it painless and probably the quickest time I???ve ever spent getting a new car. No high pressure up sell of warranty or accessories. Knowledgeable about the car but not afraid to say she didn???t know something but would find out and get answers. 2 Thumbs up!
