Redemption at Dealership

We dropped our car close to 3:00 p.m. December 1st, and questioned whether there was enough time to perform a 30,000 mile service, before the close of business.
We worked with your service representative Bjion Campbell. Frankly, he shook our faith. He called to tell us the service on our car was complete, and the vehicle was being cleaned; we headed to the dealership at 4:45 p.m.). It was disheartening to find out Bjion was not truthful, my car was on the lift being worked on upon arrival. I was also informed by Bjion, my car would not be clean because that service stops at 4:30. He did say I could bring my car back anytime just for a wash (which I would never do).
I was grateful to meet Phil Smith Kia representative, Donny, and have him redeem my faith in your dealership. Donny took the initiative to first and most importantly, notice my unhappiness, second, understand my issue, and finally, correct the problem. Although I was later than expected that Saturday evening, my car was clean and hopefully properly serviced. I hope you will thank Donny again for staying after hours, and going the extra mile to satisfy this Kia owner.
