I was able to buy a much newer car, only a year old, after my bankruptcy. I had been told that it would be a very hard thing to do and would need special financing but would really help rebuild my credit more than anything right now. I told myself I would never buy a Kia but it is necessary now to go to work. I was fired from a job just 4 miles away and drive 47 miles to and from work. I really wanted a Dodge Challenger and sold my BMW 330i to a private party. But my payments would have been much higher, actually now my payments are slightly lower than the 2006 was, and less total cost than I paid for the 2006 BMW (for the 2017 Kia Soul). I did not like the fact they took away the CD player, but they added Sirius XM satellite radio and I adapted by putting my music from the CDs to the computer onto my phone's SD card which I can play on Bluetooth.
I purchased my 2019 last week. The salesman was Scott and he did an EXCELLENT job working with me. He let me test drive 2 cars and was very helpful in explaining everything to me. He was very patient and friendly and he didn???t push me to the sale. I had some problems with my last Forte and Scott was very diplomatic in his approach. I believe had it been any other salesperson I would be driving a car by a different manufacturer.
My salesman, Duke Johnson, was professional and extremely personable. Chris Bennett was quick, but competent with the paperwork. The entire purchase process took roughly an hour once we decided to buy a car. It may be one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I would not hesitate in buying from them again.
My experience shopping with Volkswagen Kingston was truly enjoyable, and I owe it all to Tammy. She made the experience SO easy and effortless. She kindly worked with both my fiance and me, giving the necessary information to both of us to make us happy. From figuring out a frustrating trade-in, to understanding my new vehicle???she handled it all with grace and made me feel at ease. I am so satisfied with my new Tiguan???it???s the perfect fit for my new family, and I am so grateful to be working with such a great dealership. My first Volkswagen, and most definitely not my last! This is the first vehicle I've bought where the salesman literally did not push anything off on me. He showed me the available vehicles they had I was looking for, explained the feature differences, and never tried to dissuade my decision. Wasn't planning on buying one, but the ease of this process and no pressure from the salesman, I left with a new vehicle. Thank you.

My husband and I recently purchased a Kia and Cliff was our salesperson. He patiently listened to our likes/dislikes, asked us many questions to help us narrow down our focus, and not once made us feel pressured in any way. He made our car buying experience a very enjoyable one.
We had such a great experience buying a new car here everyone was very professional made us feel like we are welcomed and most of all no pushy sales men on the rush to sell, we also like the fact that the owner himself was there to meet him in person and that he is there in lots of other dealerships the owner is not even present to great his customers. I think it is a very family oriented and warm feeling dealership. Also we would like to thank so much our salesman Roger Cariaga, he was very helpful and understanding and very professional along with all the managers. Thank you once again for great service !!! our next car we will be buying here again!!
Tony is a true believer in Subaru cars or else he fooled me. He spent 4 hours with me informing my questions, being patient as I decided, and educating me on my choice....my kind of sales person! This is my 3rd Subaru, starting in l988. I always get more than 250K miles on them before I change. I'm a happy Subaru driver.
In May 2018 I purchased a used Kia Soul. The car was a bad fit and my service dog did not like it; maybe alien green? So I called DH Kia, spoke with Kurt, met by Randy and Ray to buy a new 2019 Forager. Took a few hours with "onsight" financing and we were off, good to go. (Thx Bob). These guys are the BEST 😉

There were two test drives and lots of questions answered in a professional and open way. Price negotiation was all above-board and clear. Very pleased with the purchase and the process. We first visited this dealership on 10/15, and the friendly, knowledgeable interaction with Lucas D. and David H. is what brought me back when I was ready to buy.
