I had I talked to Brandyn sFew days earlier and he emailed me all the vehicles that were in my parameters. When I got there he had one upfront ready to look yet . I took my time looking over all the vehicles which took a while and he was very patient, we picked one out and he got the ball rolling. We made it very smooth and relatively quick to hit the road.
We drove from Eau Claire, Wisconsin to Lakeville, MN to look at a few Durango???s we saw on the internet. Bob was the salesperson we were introduced to, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and Bob even bought us lunch! I really liked how they laid out our options; purchasing vs leasing. It really helped up make a more informed decision. We feel we got a great deal and I love my Durango. The only thing that I would change is that it took about 10 minutes or so before anyone initially greeted us. Besides that, it was a great experience.
For a few weeks my car started to move left and right upon acceleration. I looked online to see what the possible causes could be and found out it could be due to multple issues from tire pressure to alignment to wheel bearings. So I scheduled and appointment and took it in for a diagnostic test at the dealer in the morning. There was a fee for the diagnostic test then labor and parts if needed but it had to be done so i accepted. An alignment check showed both wheels moving in opposte directions and a technician needed to inspect it further. I had planned to wait for the repair but it was a busy day at the dealer and they decided to provide me with a car for the day free of charge. In the afternoon I was informed that it was a control bar that needed to be replaced but had to be ordered in and would not arrive till the next day. I was able to keep the loaner car over night so that helped. I was a little concerned about the repair bill but it had to be done. Some how the repair gods heard mr concerns. The next day i was so relieved to hear that the part and repair costs were covered under warranty. Luther Nissan was very professional and honest with the whole service process. I was reassured of my decision to choose them over another Nissan dealer.
No complaints. I was greeted warmly and respectfully. I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and was seen right away. Taylor Minners is well polished and personable. The oil change and tire rotation were done before I had expected. I will definitely recommend Luther Nissan Kia Inver Grove Heighs to others. The coffee is good also.
Had the service and oil change. Was told it would take about an hour. They had it done in 45 minutes. Great staff. Great service. Will continue to have vehicle serviced here
