I recently purchased a used Tacoma from Joseph. I also drove 5 1/2 hours one way to get there. I read their website mission about customer service and how the customer is #1. Well, I know a lot of places say that but only a small percent "Walk Their Talk."
Not only did Joseph "Walk Their Talk" they went beyond that. I had issues day 1 and really did NOT want to drive that 5 1/2 hour trip one way again. Stephen Stackhouse, who was just awesome, sent out a driver, Jim, to pick up my truck and give me a loaner car so they could service my truck. Jim was also awesome and took very good care of my truck while driving it. A week later Jim drove my truck BACK to me and took the loaner car back. I was totally impressed with this. I would absolutely drive that distance again to purchase another truck. I am planning on this truck to last many years though but in any case I would TOTALLY recommend this dealership. Thank you so much for having integrity, honesty and respect for us consumers. YOU ROCK!!

Ric worked with me on my trade in, and gave me a great deal on the car I purchased. I was dreading it because I've had a few bad experiences buying vehicles, and this place helped restore my faith. Definitely will be going back, and recommending to anyone in the market. Service department was great as well.

Very pleased with decision to look at Kings Kia. Rachel in sales was great to work with, very knowledgeable and provided fantastic service. Dealer was very fair in pricing. Would do refer to others and do business again in the future with them.
It only took us 1 visit talking with Rachael to come back and purchase our 2015 Kia Sportage! She was very patient in all my questions and answered all my concerns throughout the process. Would definitely recommend her to friends and family looking for a new Kia!
Although we did not purchase a new Kia, I would encourage anyone who is looking at this type of vehicle to ask for Greg Frankel. He is knowledgeable and keeps a nice relaxing tone in the sales experience. We actually drove back to the dealership to thank Greg in person and apologize for not buying from him. Even then he was gracious and friendly. The only reason we did not buy is that Kia didn't have quite the vehicle we were looking for. We drove 142 miles with a deal in place prior to arrival. The process went smoothly. The vehicle will go through a detail and the vehicle will be delivered to. my location. That is great customer service!
We ended up not buying a car through Sweeney, but not because of anything they did - we were looking for a pre-owned car in a brand they don’t generally sell. They had one on the lot and Michael Meyer answered all my questions and was really helpful, but the timing didn’t work out on my part. We ended up buying a certified pre-owned from that brands dealer, but we will definitely keep Sweeney in mind for future car purchases!
I have worked in the car business for the past 9 years so I'm very critical when it comes to the car buying experience. I almost didn't buy from them because I was apprehensive because of their review rating. However, the deal on the vehicle was worth trying Jake Sweeney out and I'm very happy with my experience with them. My sales person was Brent and he was a straight shooter, very thorough, and an excellent communicator; which is qualities you want in a sales person. The finance manager was DJ, he had the same great qualities as Brent, was not pushy about warranties, and got us in and out in a good amount of time. There is nothing worse than having the car buying experience soak up your whole day, and with them I was in and out under two hours. DJ also got me a fantastic rate on my SUV, my insurance company's APR quote was almost double what DJ got me.
I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Jake Sweeney. I got a great deal, had an awesome experience with the staff, they have strong financing available, and they are respectful of your time.
I will start by saying that Brian in Fiat service is WONDERFUL he is always attentive and available to answer any questions. I went in for an oil change and headlight repair. While waiting I started browsing cars and met Pete. Pete was initially attentive and discussed with me purchasing a new car. I advised Pete that I was upside-down in my current loan. Pete said that I may qualify for a certified new car. I picked out a car and it went downhill from there, Pete became distracted by phone calls, visiting customers, and another customer that he had left on the lot. I suggested to another sales person that he should take over with me and let Pete deal with everyone else. Pete then advised me that I would only receive 1 hard inquiry on my credit report I then should him where Equifax had already notified me of 3 inquiries. He then said that my Husband needed to be present so I should come back, I advised him that my spouse did not need to be present so he eventually obtained permission via text from my spouse. Then he made me feel that I should have $5000 to put as a downpayment after I told him that it was $500. Then he told me that finance had 5 other loans that he was working on (hmmm i did not see any other customers) and again I should come back (i get the feeling he is trying to get rid of me) finally he said that he would also need paystubs- I told him this was not the first time I have purchased a car and they do not need paystubs until the end. I finally gave up and left. As a side note there was 1 finance person in the office and several of the sales people were going into the office to discuss personal business, perhaps if they left him alone he would have gotten more accomplished.
Ryan had the vehicle waiting for us when we arrived. He was more than knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were test driving. We didn't get the, "I'll have to check on that" routine. Once we decided, the process was within reason and the dealership went out of their way to find the best deal on financing. Before we left, they rewashed the vehicle, topped off the fuel, and dropped off our rent-a-car for us. Coming from Lexington, we were quite satisfied with our purchase.
My family and I were in the market for a new vehicle and Kia was one of the brands we were looking at. After driving several, we decided on the Kia Soul because of price, overall quality and safety scores. Working with Steven and Donte at Jake Sweeney Kia, we felt our needs were properly addressed. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in and I was able to make the entire deal including my trade in sight unseen.
I arrived to finish the deal and no shocks or surprises. They were honest about all the fees and I was honest about the condition of my trade it and that helped seal a great deal for my family and helped sell another vehicle.
I had been per-approved to buy but they actually found a better deal with a financing option they offered. I was surprised because that has never happened before with my bank. And again this was over email and phone calls.
The staff was friendly, the facility much nicer than any of dealers in Indy I had visited and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
