First, Jorgen was a good sales rep. Online, the car appear to be exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. We showed up in the car had almost 2,000 more miles than what was listed on Cars.com.
We looked over the mileage and had it inspected at the Ford dealership. The car had some issues that indicated that it had been driven pretty rough for the mileage and it was CANANDIAN. Ford does not honor the same warranty for Canadian cars as it does for American cars. The specifications required for each country are different! Prices for Canadian cars are also cheaper and retailers can sell for a higher markup.
Though Anthony seem like a great person to go hang out with at the bar, he wanted to pretend like there was no difference between Canadian and American Ford warranties, would not make any price concessions for the increase in mileage then what was listed online and flatly stated that he was quite excited to be able to drive the car for a few more weeks until it sold.
Bottom line, do some heavy research and make sure that you are prepared to walk away if necessary.
Came in looking for a new truck. I've had my current Ram truck for 10 years, and it was time for an upgrade. They gave me a great for for my truck I was reading on and a great deal on the truck a was buying! Overall great experience! Thanks to Chris, our salesman, for helping us with this process!
I have been shopping all over town for a vehicle. I went to 5 dealerships today. All of them said they couldn’t get me approved and that I needed a co-signer because i never had a car loan before, until I met Chris at McGrath Arlington KIA. He got me approved at numbers that made sense to me! I would highly recommend this dealership.
The service dept. couldn't have been better. They performed the service of placing assist steps to our 2018 Enclave. The price was very competitive to other dealerships; even better! Unfortunately, the assist steps are still too high for my wife to properly enter the vehicle. (She is 4'10".) Wish something else could be done for her...
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.
I bought my KIA in Napleton KIA dealership but for service I go only to Schaumburg KIA - service is excellent, people working there are always nice and car gets serviced on time with no delays! I???ll be buying my next KIA there just because of the service department.
We had an amazing experience with our salesman, Chris! He was more than willing to help and was so patient with us. He was more than willing to show us as many cars as we wanted and answer any questions we might have had. I would recommend Lynch to all of my friends and especially Chris!
Now that is how a customer should be treated! A+++

I cannot think of enough nice things to say about my experience. From the moment I parked on the lot to the time I left, I felt like royalty. Every single employee here was amazing and treated me with the upmost respect and like family.
Chris Noa by far is who everyone should work with. His manager Ben was on top of his game as well and read me right off the bat. Ben went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He set me up with Chris and then Chris took it from there.
The entire experience of buying a car can be stressful and difficult. These guys made it actually fun and in the end if I had not bought the vehicle, I still met some great people and had a great time. The good news was I did buy the vehicle and I truly believe it was because we just worked together understanding each other’s side from a business to consumer and made it painless.
The car was exactly as described, the employees were top notch, and the facility looked amazing.
However these employees can be recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond should be done.
For anyone looking even just to acquire some information and/or browse, don’t be afraid to talk to these guys. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of nor that I was bothering them. Don’t shy away from getting information to make a good decision on what’s right for you.
Again I can’t say enough. Chris and Ben are elite and deserve much kudos to making my evening a great one and a very happy customer.

I was leasing a 2016 Kia Optima through this dealership and loved how smooth the process was with that car, I was in for an oil change and had decided to look into buying out my lease since my mileage was starting to add us. Dave Zaprev was so knowledgeable and kind through the whole process. After all my questions and concerns we went over the benefit of just buying a new car vs keeping my lease. The were able to get me a fantastic deal within my price range. I love my Kia and honestly would not go to any other dealership. Nick and Felix went above and beyond at the service deparment at Napleton Acura in Elmhurst. My wife had a blowout on the front tire, they replaced it with a brand new tire, washed and vacuumed the car and had me on my way within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon.
I???ve been interested on getting myself a new family vehicle, but I???ve consistently changed my mind. Getting a new car is a big deal to me. I wasn???t planning on getting a new car when i went in Ed Napleton Acura. The minute i came in, i was greeted by a sweet young lady. I asked for Wilson, he had recently helped out a friend of mine. Wilson was very knowledgeable about all cars i was interested in. He helped me narrow them down and suggested what he thought was best. All my concerns and questions were answered. Contacted the dealer thru email and phone as I have been looking for a used vehicle. The dealer responses have always been helpful, cheerful and prompt in replies to my inquiries and questions. Great customer service. I would consider them for any future purchases and would definitely recommend them to a friend.
