Everything went so smooth, Reggie is the best, he knew every answer to all my questions which made things go so smooth. I???m definitely recommending all my family n friends to Reggie.. thank you so much Reggie n white plains Kia you guys are the best of the best..
The finance team needs better personnel that is customer oriented and not out for a commission. I really like my car but will not be doing further business with this particular dealer. I should have gotten out of there when I saw another customer lose it with one of the finance reps on the day I went to make my purchase. They put a new rep Carlos, who was begging for me to give them 5 stars, supervised by another guy who was his supervisor who was worse with less knowledge of the details on the plans he was pushing by the name of Andrew. Had to get consumer affairs involved in my case as they would not return my calls.
Car broke down for the last time, decided I needed to get a new-ish car and tried my luck with a place that offered no money down leases/financing. Found a 2011 Kia Soul in their used car inventory and started an email exchange with an agent (Amanda) to determine if I was eligible. After a few hours replying back and forth (had to sneak chances in between work stuff) I was given an offer and as soon as I got to the dealership I knew I made the right choice. The car was even better in person, another agent (Elijah) went over the features and was with me for the test drive (we both bonded over Jersey City living, it was great). Andrew was the final agent of the day and went over my payments and warranty. I honestly thought it would be a worse process especially for my first car, but it was nothing like the horror stories you hear about. As for the Kia Soul itself? It is a great drive and looks amazing. I've named her Scary Cherry and I love her.

Was interested in a 2010 Ford F150 that I found on card.com sent an email within a day I recieved a email back went to go see the truck on a Friday. When I got there with my husband we saw a 2011 Ford F150 got that instead of the 2010. Overall we were there for 2 hours and walked out with the keys to the truck in my hand.
I came in to lease a Rogue not really knowing what to expect but hopeful considering the good reviews that Nemet has. Thankfully I had a great experience. From the service to the price I paid, I'm absolutely satisfied. When I walked in, Charlie was right there to greet my wife and I. He sat us down and listened to what exactly we were looking for as well as what we were looking to do. He gave us a run down of the Rogue along with a nice test drive. When we got back we got started on paperwork after agreeing on a price and from there it was essentially a hop skip and a jump into our new Rogue. It was far more pleasant and timely than I ever expected and we thank both Charlie and Nemet Motors for their wonderful service!
Greg P was the best car salesman ever. Ray from the finance / account manager area was extremely kind, caring and took his time to explain everything to me. This was probably my best car purchasing experience ever.
I had a great experience at this dealer. Adam the sales representative was very helpful in getting me what I was looking for. Even after the purchase, Adam has been available and has answered every question I have. The staff at the dealership were very patient even though it was late at night when I purchased the car. I would definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. I am very happy and do not regret purchasing from this dealer.

My mom was driving an old Toyota and it died. I took her to South Shore Kia and assured her she will be getting the best service and have a great experience. . I know this because I walked in a month ago to buy myself a car, and I was so happy with everything. Nicky G, the manager gave me his cellphone number last month when I was buying my car and said If I need anything at all.. call him. I called him yesterday, told him the situation and he said come in, I can help you find the best deal. Jesse and Nicky G helped me last month with my car, so we went back to them this time. Jesse showed us cars, worked with our budget and was so honest. Nicky G, worked out the numbers and made she we were getting a great deal. The service here is phenomenal and I recommend this dealership to everyone.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
