Good overall, the end not so much

Overall was an ok experience. Showed up and test drove, agreed to purchase and went on. 3+ hours later I drove away with purchase. Staff was friendly to begin with then after not so much. Prior to going in, drafting payment instructions were sent from my financial institution. Everything was signed and I drove it off the lot. Within a day I get a phone call saying that I not THE DEALERSHIP needed to contact the financial institution because they hadn't been paid. A week after "purchase" I get another call, this time with threats saying I needed to get this taken care of or they needed the vehicle back. So something between a dealership and a financial institution, they decided to threaten the consumer. A major financial institution that is open 8-5 Mon-Fri, and yet it was my fault that they couldn't get this handled, with drafting instructions being provided to them a week earlier. After I the consumer, gave the dealership a phone # for financial institution, I get an email saying it was taken care of. Not an apology for the threats, or any of the other mishaps along the way. Again prior to purchase it was good, after terrible. Customer Service is the main reason for the low stars. Also don't fall for the "theft protection" they try and slide in on you at the end, nor the extended warranty junk.
