The general sales manager James is amazing this is our fourth KIA as long as James and his sales staff are there we are customers we followed him from BMW to KIA for sales integrity, service and reliability

I finally got to actually buy a car from these guys. Had been looking but wasn???t ready and still have excellent service. I went there today not looking for specific car but I New these guy would have or find me something that fit my needs. No pressure family feel is why I returned. Everything up front no games and help me with a loan with not so great credit after so problems. I would come back and absolutely recommend. Also thanks for champagne guys!! We came to Gateway to check out leasing options after one of our vehicles was stolen. When we discussed our budget and discovered that leasing wasn't a realistic option for us, they offered us a great deal on a lightly used option. Stephanie was awesome and she didn't pressure us or make us feel like we had to make a snap decision we weren't sure about. I love my new Kia Rio!
This is our 3rd Hyundai and Puazza Hyundai of Limerick never disappoints. Our sales rep Tiffany Seifrit is extremely knowledgeable about EVERY auto in that dealership! The service department is exceptional too. They never perform service on your vehicle without your approval! I highly recommend this dealership.
Went to murray Kia after spending 5 hours at another local Kia. Alex and Roger were absolutely amazing. I called with the current deal I got and alex promised me he would get the price I wanted over the phone which led me to coming out to the dealer. I got to murray and I was already assigned to Roger from an online inquiry I made a few days before so Alex switched me to him which speaks wonders for his integrity as a coworker and as a person to give away a sale. (kudos for that alex) Roger was outstanding. He ensured me that he would get me the price the other dealer wouldnt and made me and my wife feel right at home. We purchased the Kia sorento sx and did not feel the least bit unsure about the purchase. Murray Kia is nothing but professional and courteous and really makes you feel appreciated.
A little background….. never purchased a Dodge of any type… always been a Tundra proud owner.
Tundra was recently totaled by a driver who was more focused on eating than driving and rear ended it when he panicked and slammed the accelerator instead of the brakes (true story)
We went shopping right away as I needed to truck for the business.
Shopped at Ford, Toyota (I did mentioned I’m loyal to Tundra,not necessarily to all Toyota products though), GM and Chevy.
We stopped by John Johnson and fell in love with the ’18 power wagon.
Sent emails to each dealer regarding the model I saw in their respective lots.
I want to be clear… sent same body of message to each with only changing the line where I detail the make/model I wanted best pricing and please not to waste my time.
ONLY John Johnson provided an OTD price! (Out the Door) and it was lower than I expected.
Email with sales manager (Sandy Keiper) were escalated to her sales manager (Jeff Bash) without my request!
Drove to meet them as they were already in the ballpark of what I was willing to pay for this vehicle
NO ONE SITS IN A HIDDEN OFFICE! THIS IS A FIRST FOR ME after purchasing vehicles for over 38 years!!!
Right there I requested yet another obscene price drop and both the sales manager and the GM (Scott Meshulam) do not question my request, but immediately begin going over what and where they can pull the difference!!!
Please understand my background is in Comp Sci and Mathematics so I had already pulled the sheet on this particular truck with all the options and the price they had originally quoted was what I would get if I purchased it from the factory floor!!!! And yet they dug deeper!
The professionalism and just plan “X Factor” on how this group deals with you as a person just turned me into a MOPAR for LIFE provided I can purchase from these 3 people!

Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
I like this dealership. Although some staff was a little pushy and the posted details of the vehicle that I purchased were not 100% accurate (i.e. didn't have heated rear seats and backup camera as posted). I will say that the sales person (Walt) that I dealt with was very nice and I'm glad that I worked with him.
