Needed four new tires. Williams Subaru has an extensive stock of high-quality tires with full descriptions of each online so you can easily make comparisons. Installation and alignment went very smoothly, and I am very pleased with the end result.
Williams normally does a good job, however the last oil change there left my engine block covered in oil. I was driving to Columbia from Charlotte a few days later when the oil began to burn off, convincing me there was a problem. The folks at the Subaru dealership in Columbia cleaned it up for me.
My sales person Kisha Cone is truly the best at what she does !!! She goes above and beyond to make sure that your satisfied . I really appreciate the professionalism she displays. They put a value on my car that was less than trade in then came back and offered me average trade in value ($2000.00 more)and wanted a Thousand dollars more for theirs then Kelly Blue book. No darn reason Hendricks can afford the race teams and his own personal car museum. So I think I'll shop elsewhere as I've had better deals at home.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I dreaded looking for a car and dealing with sales. I started my car search on Consumer Reports, and used their TrueCar connection to hook up with with dealerships, Union County Kia being one of them. Treaor was the first sales person who left a voicemail introducing himself and if interested, to contact him for more information about the Niro. Trevor was low pressure and fabulous to deal with. Even other Union County Kia employees congratulated me on my purchase - very friendly staff. Upon delivery, Trevor spent 45 minutes going over every feature and ensuring I was comfortable with options before I left the dealership. Very satisfied with overall experience.
First of all, didn't have any idea that I would be driving off the lot in a brand new 2019 Kia Soul. Mr. James Lawrence service was outstanding!! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great deal!! The Hendricks lot itself was stellar!!
Bar-none, this was the best experience purchasing a vehicle. I didn't even have to enter the dealership! Found the exact car I wanted on-line, contacted the dealer, worked with James on a few phone calls and took possession of the car the next day, even brought the car to me and picked up my trade. Terrific customer service, I missed initialing one of the papers, and he brought it to me the next day at my office. This is my second car purchased @ Hendrick Kia, and this was an awesome experience. Thanks James!

I detest the idea of having to go through the process of buying a car. However, Bob (Robert Sturgill) made my experience of car buying easier than thought possible. He is very personable, kind, attentive and kept the experience light and humorous. I appreciate that he took the time to really listened to my concerns and criteria about buying a car. I traded my 2006 Nissan Altima in for a 2015 Kia optima. Thank you to the awesome people that helped me. I went in there with the goal of buying the charger that I have literally been reviewing for the past three weeks. Mark in Sales did a great job helping me with that. James the Finance manager also was great, very friendly and professional. Michael with management had great customer service and helped me as well. Kaleb and Austin were just nice and courteous salesmen in general. Very polite and just really cool, made me feel comfortable being there. I'm very big on customer service and they did an awesome job. By the end of this experience, I drove out in my brand new 2018 Dodge Charger that I walked in and said I wasn't leaving without. Oh and to add, I definitely did my price searching on 2018 chargers all around the Carolinas north and south and it had one of the lowest prices with the color and model I wanted! I recommend this dealership out of all of them, and I don't even reside in the Gastonia area. They have a huge variety so your choices are endless. If you want GREAT customer service along with a team of Professionals I suggest this dealership 100%. You guys did an awesome job, Thank you again!
Eddie Johnson was great, they even fixed my radio that was out of warranty. Sue McCloskey. I would highly recommend them to a friend. Eddie Johnson called and followed up after the sale at least twice to see if everything was ok. I have never had a car dealer do that.
