Joseph was my associate and he was very helpful. Taking time to explain what was done and why. He also showed me recommendations for other services I should consider. When I explained that due to the recent holiday I would have to postpone some of the items, he was considerate and assured me that I could contact him when I was ready. Overall it was an excellent experience!

Cost of service appeared to be well worth the effort put into it. When car was done with service they vacuumed the inside of my car "I have been meaning to for months". Very Pleasant Experience.

In September I started researching a new car to buy. I owned a Nissan Xterra that I purchased new in 2006. It has been a great car so my first stop was to the Nissan dealership. Aaron was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and finding out exactly what I was looking for. I told him I was just looking and not ready to buy yet. He didn’t pressure me but explained about the promotions at that time, took my information and offered to stay in touch. He would call or text me every couple of weeks to let me know when they had the car I was interested in.
After checking other cars and dealerships, I decided to purchase a Nissan Rogue. I am thankful to Aaron for keeping in touch and letting me take time to make my decision. He found the perfect car for me and then introduced me to Ray, Sales Manager who helped me through the next process.
Ray was so helpful. He really worked to get everything that I wanted and the price I needed. They were very busy but Ray never rushed me and took a lot of time to explain things. He walked me through the whole process. I had a few questions after I bought the car and he called me back immediately to answer them. He was always friendly and never acted like I was bothering him. Buying a car is not always a fun experience but this time it was. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Ray and Aaron!
Staff was excellent, inventory was the reason we chose Daytona Kia, no other dealerships in the area had the model of Kia (AWD) feature we were looking for. Great job, we lost an original document during the process, but it can be replaced, other than that, the experience was great.

Carl greeted us when we arrived at Daytona Kia, he was absolutely fabulous from beginning to end. I told him what I want, everything I???m looking for and he showed me what he had with no pressuring or trying to get me to look at anything outside of what I specifically told him. After some trying experiences working with other dealerships, even a local one, Daytona Kia was a pleasure to work with. Entire deal was done over the phone and email, as I live 225 miles away. Dino was excellent to work with. He stayed in contact with me as the deal was delayed, having to travel away for business for two weeks. He followed up with negotiations and they finished with delivering the vehicle three and half hours to my house. Great dealership, from start to finish. Would highly recommend them.

Fields in Sanford is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I could not ask for a better sales person (Brent Osbourne). Very professional, friendly, helpful. He knows how to convince you to make a purchase without putting on pressure, I did not plan to purchase a vehicle there but, i end up making a purchase more than once, plus sending other people to make purchases. Mr. Osborne is simple a awesome sales person and and very reliable. He returns missed calls promptly. He has great customer personality.
