Professional and courteous. Despite a problem that was well beyond their control, they not only came through with what i needed, but went beyond and compensated me for a problem that was not their fault. As a disabled American, that goes a long way and says a lot. If you go to these guys, you will not be disappointed.
Excellent customer service at Wagner KIA. This is my 3rd KIA vehicle. Love my new Sportage! My sales person was Brian Sullivan. He was very helpful and took the time to explain everything. Felt very comfortable with my purchase.
I shopped around before going to Kia. I found Brian B to be very customer service oriented. He truly listened to what I was looking for in a new car (the vehicle and the cost). He knew all the cars on the lot, and was able to quickly match what I wanted with a great car and price. I am happy with my purchase and would return again.
The representatives at this dealership are the top of the line. I went in to look. Had been to a Hyundai and another Kia dealer. Had 2 more dealers to go. Looking for the best deal. No pressure, friendly, courteous and professional.

Bill Devine, as always, greeted me as I entered and got my car ready for service. He provided excellent information. In addition, the communication is top notch as is the quality fo work. My car was ready exactly when he said it would be.
Great service and an honest assessment that my Soul???s brakes were fine and did not need replacing yet. I know plenty of dealers where service will push customers to do replacements ahead of when they???re needed.
Arrived and service person explained what was needed and that due to age of suv bolts may break if badly rusted so may not be able to fix. Told me they would see if ok or not and let me know. Came out and advised bolts could be removed with out breaking and fix was in process.? Very pleased with level of detailed expectations and work done.

As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.
