My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
Excellent deal on Toyota hybrid - more competitive than other nearby dealers with similar makes and models. Friendly, personable, efficient staff. We drive off the lot a few hours after buying the car.
Great dealership with a great sales rep Jon Lewis. Could not have asked for a better experience. Jon was extremely helpful in assisting me on picking the car I loved. There were a couple other dealerships and salesmen I had worked with prior to Jon, and neither had compared to the experience I had with Huggard & Ewing/Jon Lewis
I am extremely pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me and my sister. Gail Cardoso has showed patience, knowledge and NO high pressure. She is still working hard to find us the used car that meets our needs and budget . She as a great attitude and I appreciate how we have been treated. Hoping soon to be driving a new car
Overall I would recommend them. Although some of the process was frustrating. We had picked out a car, but we changed our mind to a sportage vs a sorento. We found one we really liked and we had to wait 2 days to sign in it. We got a call a couple hours before we were supposed to go down saying there is a problem with title. They found another sportage. But without all the options we had wanted. They were able to install them and added in new tires and brakes in as well. Over all minus a few hiccups, we left with a new car and a good price. I would recommend them and would go back, just know that the process took about a week to fix. Oh but they did give me a rental
I'll start off by saying customer service is very important to me as well as product quality.
The experience all the way around were very good indeed. The location on the inside and out were very pleasing to the eye. They offer refreshments such as coffee and cold-filtered water and a comfortable waiting area.
The waiting area has a large window so you can view your car being worked on which I find awesome! This allows you to see how the technicians are treating your vehicle.
Both the salesman (John Holmes) and the Sales Manager (Dana) were very good. John is just a great, non-pressure guy and was a pleasure to talk with. He always kept us up to date throughout the process. Dana worked with us was able to come very close to our budget
They didn't have the car I wanted in stock and there were none available in the local area from other dealerships. Dana was able to locate one in NJ and said they could get me the car in only a couple of days. When the car arrived, it looked great with the exception of a very small indentation on the roof (it was barely noticeable); I could tell this was like this directly from the manufacturer and was not from the trip over. Dana contacted a company called the Dent Doctor. The gentleman from the Dent Doctor (Justin) came to my place of work and was able to repair the minor dent within 15 minutes. He was very professional, friendly and very thorough; you would never know there was even an issue. I didn't have to take any time out of work for this. I guess what I'm saying is that their service and dedication to my experience was priority.
To top it off, the mud guards I had ordered for the vehicle were installed free-of-charge! This was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. I imagine it was done for any inconvenience they thought may may have been. Now "that" is customer service.
I have and would recommend Courtesy KIA to both friends and family.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Kia at Courtesy Kia. My experience was very positive. I did not experience the usual grind of a typical dealer. I also did not receive a negative approach on my trade in that I have found at other dealers. I was given a fair price for my trade, and a good price on the used vehicle I purchased. My sales person Russell was very accomodating in every way, and dealt with me honestly from the beginning. Overall at very positive and refreshing experience.

Dale was so great to work with when buying my new (pre owned) car! My husband and I came in with a budget and Dale worked to find a car in our price range but also with the features we wanted! I am so happy driving my car every day! They gave me money for my very, very used car and I drove off the lot that day with my brand new car. The day after I bought the car the check oil light came in and Dale got me into service quickly and I didn???t have to pay anything to get it checked.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service.
