I was contact Mr Jake Henshaw in the Raleigh N.C. store who was very professional and provided me with the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. After identifying what I was looking for in a car he was able to provide me with several option which helped with my selection. Mr Henshaw followed the Car Max procedure which covered a detailed outline that indeed provided a very smooth and thorough handling of all paperwork within a timely fashion. I rate Mr Henshaw 5+
We found a vehicle via their website, then we met Jeff at their reception desk. We were briefed on the dealership. He provided us with information that was needed, then we took a great demonstration ride. During our test drive talked enjoyed good conversation. The vehicle was as shown on their site. I got the ball rolling with 4 dealerships but Junior gave me a quick & fair quote over the phone while the others wanted me to do the leg work and get the best deal and then come back to them so they could beat it. Junior just gave me the best deal and it was done. Thanks!

Jr was very down to earth, easy to talk to, easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted and made the process easy and convenient. He reached out during the process to check in but was not pushy at all. I would recommend Fred Anderson but specifically Jr Hayes if you are looking for a Toyota in the Raleigh area.
Traded in my leased RAV4 for a new Camry. Excellent service. Got a great new car at the pricepoint I wanted. This is our 4th car with Fred Anderson. We drive past 2-3 other Toyota dealerships to do business with them.
I rarely get frustrated enough to say anything negative, but I don???t understand when you have an appointment why it should take over two hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. This has happened more often than not when having my car serviced. However, I would like to say the person to check my car in and out was very kind.
I ran in to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when Mike said if I had time to wait I could get my car taken care of in about 2 hours. Needless to say, I was delighted. I waited only an hour or less. The service was excellent and the service staff as well.
I???m always happy with the ppl over at Fred Anderson Kia. This particular visit was outstanding with the work and customer service. Friendly and comfortable waiting area and I like how they kept me updated on the work and waiting time.
I just purchased a 2019 Highlander from Matt Lowery (sales) and he was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I would work with him again! Justin Heilman (Finance) was great to work with also!
We had our service completed on our Optima here. Extremely friendly environment but also kept it professional as well. Welcoming! The young lady in parts even came to greet our 2 year old son while we were in the waiting area. There were snacks in the customer lounge and HGTV playing on the tv! Our advisor kept us updated throughout the entire time in which our Optima was getting serviced. Extremely knowledgeable on their end. We highly recommend taking your vehicle to Kia of Raleigh to get serviced!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
