First off I have never liked going to car dealerships they are usually on top of you before you have a chance to get out of the vehicle. This was not the case at all with Modern Nissan. My wife and I looked around with no pushy salesman. When one did come over he was very friendly answered all our questions and was never pushy. After a couple days of thinking about it we called and told them the vehicle we wanted I answered some questions and texted my info to them we went in after work signed the papers and out the door no haggle no wait a great all around experience. I
Micheal was so helpful. He worked very hard to get us the deal we needed. Michael went above and beyond to make sure each part of our experience was perfect. I highly recommend the Kia place and Michael Blackwood.
Eddie Johnson was great, they even fixed my radio that was out of warranty. Sue McCloskey. I would highly recommend them to a friend. Eddie Johnson called and followed up after the sale at least twice to see if everything was ok. I have never had a car dealer do that.
I was very satisfied I had a trade that I was still making payments on they were able to help me get into a new car. And trade in mine they answered all my questions I had regarding my trade. It was the best experience I had thanks
