I can't say enough about Lavar. He actually sold me my Sorrento. He was an excellent salesman, and now in Service, he continues to exceed my expectations! He brought snacks in to us in the waiting area, apprised me of how my service was going, and finished my job before the expected time. He is always upbeat and personable. Lavar is a rock star!
Rebecca Newman our sales person was great, she helped find the right car for our needs and helped tremendously in getting financing. However, when we arrived at the dealership we were hounded by TK who wouldn???t even let us get out of our car. I advised him that we were working with someone else and he still proceeded to follow us and wouldn???t leave us alone. It was extremely uncomfortable and I almost turned around and walked out.

I purchased a QX80 from Nalley Infiniti with the assistance of Larry Jamison and Stasha. These two individuals provided a wonderful and seamless customer experience. Pricing brought me in, price was honored fully without shenanigans, and the staff could not have been better.
I had to leave a review after the great experience I had at Matthews KIA. I am new to the area and was looking to trade in my car for a new Sorento. I saw an ad online and decided to give them a shot and I am happy I did. My experience from the internet department all the way to finance was great. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Simply put the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Personally I have never owned anything but a Ford and after working with William Andrews and Eric Hogue to purchase 5 trucks for work I made up my mind that they would get my personal vehicles as well. They both are genuine, sincere, honest and always follow up. Really I could not imagine a better experience purchasing a car. You all will now get my business when my wife needs a new SUV and once my boys start coming of age.
I would especially like to point out Eric's professionalism. In my business I can be very tough on vendors and he was awesome and never wavered in being polite and professional. As for my personal purchase he exceeded my expectations again. I told him I didn't have time to come in and spend a lot of time. He took everything I sent him about what I wanted and found exactly that truck and created an even better version.
At delivery time William was a first class customer service experience and that comes from someone who was trained in hospitality by Ritz Carlton.
