I want to say thank you for making my trip for my oil change so easy. In previous years at other dealerships I was always pushed to purchase additional items including clips they broke off my vehicle. I would sit for hours to pay for service that had been promised with purchase of the vehicle only to walk away feeling as if I had just been ripped off. I was so pleased with the service call last week. I called the day before and was told to come on in. It took so little time that I didn't get settled into the lounge. They explained everything and made me feel like a VIP. No attempts to upsell and everything was perfect. thank you for treating me with respect.
Buying our new vehicle was completely our decision. We never felt pressured by any employee. The process was quick and simple. The entire staff, from first contact to last, was very helpful in helping us find the exact vehicle we wanted and explain all the details along the way. They all carefully listened to our needs and succeeded in helping us find the best deal possible. We will definitely be back when we need to buy our next vehicle!
I was looking for a used vehicle and I was refereed to Stephen Stanley and he took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me options and helped me get into the vehicle I wanted!!! I'd like to comment on Sher Grey. I spoke over the phone with her about some online vehicles she had posted. I was so impressed with her knowledge and concern towards my situation in being able to get me into the car I was really wanting. She was straight up with me and said she'd do all she could to get me in the car . I finally felt like there actually was someone out there in this car business that I didn't have to worry that I was being taken advantage of . Gerard helped make what has previously be torturous experiences a pleasant one. I dreaded purchasing a car expecting the same old same old. I was pleasantly surprised. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I bought a great car and hopefully a salesperson I can rely on for each car purchase from here on out.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
