For a first time buyer I had a excellent experience at Hendricks l, they helped me get in my new 2019 Ram 1500, everybody was helpful from walking in at the dealership to signing the papers to close the deal I would defiantly recommend this to everybody I know.
I arrived at 1pm for scheduled appointment and was met by the service manager. Greeted with a smile and a handshake. He told me what was going to be done and how long it should take. Even though they were short handed on that day, my car was washed, repaired and returned 15 min earlier than promised. You can’t beat that for service.
As a first time owner of a Kia, I was a bit skeptical of the service I would receive because when I phoned to ask questions, the person was quite rude as I tried to get an understanding of warranties on the vehicle. However, when I arrived to my appointment, it was so much better! The gentleman told me what was involved in The maintenance and the cost. He investigated my concerns and on top of that -gave me a discount on my first visit. I???m sold!
The technician's and service staff in general are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly it was pleasure to do business with them they work on all kinds of cars not just Kia's and they are the best service center I have been to hands down
Had an issue with the service department on the intial call not recording what i was to have done with the tires in their database which caused confusion when i dropped off the car. Not sure who took the intial call but it was a male. Jessica took care of ensuring the project got done and keeping me informed on any changes. Very professional.
From the time I walked through the door I knew I made the correct choice. The showroom was stunning , I was greeeted with a smile and a hello from the receptionist, I wasn???t bombarded by salesmen when I pulled up Bronson greeted me with a smile and ask what he could help me with and showed me to the service department , it was spotless and the amenities they offer in the customer waiting area were great and they even have a room full of toys to keep my 2 year old busy. The GM Lee even came around the dealership and spoke to each and everyone of us and ask if there was anything at all that we needed. I will definitely continue to visit this dealership and service department for all my future needs. Frankie and Jessica in service were very knowledgeable and were so nice and not pushy at all. Thank you Serra Kia Trussville for making me feel like family.
