I found myself in Macon, Georgia for work in the midst of Hurricane Michael. One morning I left my hotel, intent on getting to the jobsite to continue providing critical backup power for the area hospitals. As I approached my field service truck I noticed with a sunken heart that my window was broken and upon further inspection realized that all of my tools had been stolen and my truck door had also been bent whenever the thief pried it open. I was very distressed of course and after filing the police report and notifying my employer I sought out a dealership to repair my vehicle.
My truck is a Chevrolet product. I could not find a Chevy dealer close to me to drive with broken windows so when I approached the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and explained my situation, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were happy to fix my vehicle. The staff at Hutchinson went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Not only did they source a window for my vehicle and get it installed the next business day but they treated me extremely well. I am from out of state and now just realizing My whole livelihood had just been stolen. The staff at Hutchinson assured me that they would keep my truck locked inside the dealership overnight while they waited for the window to be delivered and they secured a loaner vehicle for me for the time period they had my truck.
I was very impressed by all of the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and I would encourage any person to go there for their vehicle needs. I will also be getting my new vehicle there too.
I have been here before for warranty work and was impressed with each visit. Normally I find car buying stressful and irritating. Just had the best experience EVER at billion auto kia iowa city. Manager and sales staff are friendly and professional. Totally stress free experience!
I looked at the Kia Cadenza and the car was comfortable and stylish. However, I did not purchase the car because of limited selection and the dealer would not be able to trade with others,condidered looking elsewhere but ended up with another option. I would highly recommend David McCarthy if you visit this dealership. He is honest, ethical, and great to work with!!
My experience at Midtown Kia has been a plesant one to be repeated! The staff is friendly, skilled, trustworthy, attentive and efficient. Ample time and explanation were given to me regarding the upkeep of my car and my questions patiently and gladly addressed. I called first before I came in and I spoke with Greg Stutzman in the service department. He said he could help us program a key fob, so we came in. He said they needed the fob and the car for about an hour so we walked across the street to get something to eat... and ???yes??? he showed us the waiting area and snacks we get, but we wanted to walk. Got back a he said they to program the fob because it was a China knockoff which I already knew but was hopeful. While he had the car he found out that it had a warranty issue that was unresolved so we let them fix it. Even though I didn???t get what I came in for, Greg???s friendly attitude and professionalism were a great source of comfort to us.
Dallas was fantastic to work with. Unlike most car salesmen, he was not pushy and understood that we wanted to shop around a bit. The car itself is fantastic, it was kept in pristine condition and just overall the experience was great and I'll absolutely try to buy from this dealer and, specifically Dallas, again.
Bought a new 2018 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership and was very satisfied with quality of detail and service. I received a fair price and my trade-in was equally fair priced. Follow-up was excellent, as well as the presentation from the salesman. I would definitely go back for another vehicle.
I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
