Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?

I love the value that the Kia brand provides. The sorento is my second Kia. It's looks great, drives great and meets my families needs.
Dave is always friendly and welcoming. Mr. Campbell is amazing and so helpful. So happy that Bjion came back, he goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and deserves acknowledgement for it.

We are a family of 5 and needed a vehicle with a 3rd row. This was by far the best vehicle for us. I love the body style, its has plenty of power and All Wheel Drive for my husband and there is plenty of room for the kids!
I came to this Kia for services and Danilo offered to see if he can get me into a vehicle And sure enough he did he went above and beyond my expecations to get me in a car that was affordable and Be a happy car owner. He was a great salesman and everybody else who was involved to help finalize my deal Alex my insurance specialist Sean my financial specialist was great . I thank him a lot and the manager was a great come in as well they took an experience to another level and I can???t thank them enough . Very happy and satisfied with the car I have .

I had not even thought of a Kia until a friend said-I love mine-try it. When I test drove it I loved it. I also loved Kyle (at Kia Stamford) the salesperson I worked with-he was so patient and explained EVERYTHING- every question I asked and more. So I leased one. I am so happy. Just had it out in the snow for the first time and it was so great. No issues at all...and I saw a BMW sliding by me...I’m so happy and love driving again. Kia makes a great car!! Can’t say enough good things.
My husband and I went to look at a mini van as our family is growing in 2019, and we happen to be in the Hollywood Area visiting from the Florida Keys. Mike B was the first one to great us and we had a wonderful experience from there on out purchasing our vehicle. He and his team did everything in their power to get us in our new car and we couldn't have been any happier with their service and help. PLUS the deal they gave us on the car was AMAZING !!!

I replaced a minivan with a three row Kia Sorento, you can not beat the gas mileage. The seats and interior is slightly more cramped than a minivan, but it’s a great alternative to a minivan or large SUV.
Jonathan made our lease experience a non-stressful one. He was professional and calming. Not a single time did we feel pressured or rushed. Had the patience and took the time to explain everything to us about our new car. We will definitely recommend Jonathan and Grieco Kia to all we know shopping for a new vehicle. Thank you!!
