Lauren Gall, our sales person, was very personable and easy to talk to. She knew the 2018 Santa Fe inside and out and she understood what we needed in order to be able to afford the car. She made the process very smooth and enjoyable!
Talked about it for months, researched and then went on Life Mart. John contacted me shortly thereafter, of course I didn't answer right away but he kept trying and said they had what I wanted and would I like to stop in and see it. He was great, not pushy but informative and really worked with my budget and trade in.
I would like to amend my previous review of this dealership there was a communication error the proper people did not get my messages so my issue was never addressed they have now contacted me and are going to take care of everything so I really appreciate what they have done for me, it was a very seamless buying process it was very nice car for a good price.Nice to have a small local dealership take cares!

I went to fucillo Kia looking at a sport age since my Nissan Rogue lease was nearing expiration. I did not want to deal with the dealership for the rogue. My salesperson Malecka was very helpful. She approached me right away and asked what features I wanted in my next vehicle. I test drove the shortage and was impressed by it’s handling. I wanted to bring my husband back so we returned the next day. Malecka helped me through the sale as I was not leasing, but buying and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. From start to finish this was a great experience and I would deal with her again. If you are looking for a Kia see Malecka!

Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?
Ponlue the Internet Sales Manager found what we needed and gave us more than what we thought was possible. Because of him, my family can now rely on me to be the provider. He is very personable, honest and friendly. I forgot that I was at a car dealership! Great job and life saver!
I arrived a little early, and they took my car right away. I was out 5 minutes after my scheduled time. We have purchased six Kias here and we will always deal with Peoria Kia. Kudos to our long time service rep, Larry Orris.
I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
In May 2018 I purchased a used Kia Soul. The car was a bad fit and my service dog did not like it; maybe alien green? So I called DH Kia, spoke with Kurt, met by Randy and Ray to buy a new 2019 Forager. Took a few hours with "onsight" financing and we were off, good to go. (Thx Bob). These guys are the BEST 😉
