The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I’ve made over the years. I came in for a new clutch. The service dept. person I spoke to was more than fair. He told me the repairs was more than the value of the car. I decided to buy a new car. My experience was amazing, Danille Mosley, Steffon Rogers, and Joe, made my New car Purchase a SMOOTH and EXCITING one. It truly was a NO HASSLE transaction. Customer service fed me Pop Corn (My favorite). My appt was 1 o'clock and 2:30 I had keys in my hand. They gave me the car, price and Monthly payments I wanted. This is as GOOD as it gets. With the service being more than a couple hours, someone took me home, and picked me up. The drivers were courteous, and the service people, were knowledgeable, and respectful. I have bought my past four vehicles there, and they have a customer for life.
Syed was awesome. Very professional and efficient. Got a preowned Tesla which are hard to find. Super clean. Runs great. There was only one key but they brought the second key in the next day. Highly recommended!
We met Sean Prather at 4:45 on a 100 degree Saturday evening. After a horrible afternoon of test driving cars at 4 other dealers, we stopped at Laurel Kia on our way home. Sean stayed late to show me a car, which I loved. I had second thoughts over the weekend and I went back at 5pm tonight. He let me sit in 5 cars, stood outside with me in a hailstorm, and helped me decide what would best fit my needs. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Laurel Kia and Sean Prather. The finance professional was also super helpful. The dealership is no-frills. But they have complimentary beverages and it’s very clean and upbeat. If I wanted a manicure I would go to a nail shop. I wanted a car, and I got one today! Thanks!
We wentin looking and came home with our Kia Sorrento. Igore was our salesman abs he was awesome. Told him what we wanted and what price range we were in and the 2nd car he showed us we bought. No pressure, no haggling and fast easy paper work. We would defbut from Igore and Laurel Kia again.
I did not have a nail in tire prior, my car ride as not noisy or bumpy. I was told I needed tires and after coming for the main this that was needed I left and all of sudden the noise began. I got out to see what was going on and my tire had a huge nail. How ironic the dealer told me earlier I needed tires $595, however did not state that there was a nail in one. I did not have a problem riding prior to dealer. I guess that's a tactic to get you to buy from them. They have lost a customer will not purchase another Kia.
Everyone of the people I dealt with at Kia of Bowie were kind and helpful to me! I had been lied to at Kia of Easton and Woodbridge so was very greatful for the treatment I received at Kia of Bowie! Bought a new HRV had a great experience. Rick was our salesman was not pushy treated my family nicely. Facility was nice and clean. CJ the manager gave us a fair deal. Would recommend friends and family to Hersons Honda.
