Excellent customer service from Kevin in the service department. My Rogue needed a new SD card for the navigation system. He ordered it; called me as soon as it came in. I didn't even have to get out of my Rogue to have it installed and he patiently answered all my questions. I am pleased with my Rogue and the quality of service I received from everyone at World Car Nissan! Great job!
Still in the process, and the salesman is okay, but their email communications are jacked. The day after taking a test drive I receive an email asking when I want to take a test drive. An email supposedly from my salesman lists a cell number to another salesman. A young sales manager calls me on my cell asking when I want to come by and see the car...a few days after I've come by and seen the car. Spooky.
The service personnel greeted me before I could get out of my car. They assisted me with my things since I am disabled. I was kept informed of the progress of my car. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and friendly. Legend KIA is the only place I take my car to to get serviced. When my car was finished the service personnel explained. What was done to my car. My car was returned to me washed & vacuumed.
Wife wanted this color and make - but 300 miles away. Worked with them over the phone. Offered an out the door price. They initially came back with a higher price, but called back 2 days later and met my offer.
Jeffery was very professional and helpful. Got there and Jeffery was bury with other customer so )George?) filled in. Great experience. Car is just what we wanted at a very good price.
Did not leave feeling buyers remorse so feel it was a good new car buying experience. Our salesman Tommy Kirk was very helpful when we were test driving & then buying the vehicle we chose. He was also helpful at getting the incidentals taken care of even going so far as coming to our home to pick up & deliver the vehicle when needed.
My experience at Legend Kia was pleasant. I had a service advisor named Lindsey Roberts, she was informative, actively listened, and worked to solve all of my problems. She was very busy while I was there, and she made everyone there feel like their problem was of the highest importance.
