On Halloween 🎃 we got the best treat ever! Our awesome high quality like new 2017 KIA Sedona! Tevin was such a great professional who assisted us with finding the perfect match for our needs and situation. We had to find a new vehicle unexpectedly while working a contract job here in Maryland, 2500 miles away from home. It was a stressful time and we were sure we would have to ???downgrade??? due to our situation. Tevis, Cindy and Chris made us feel welcome, worked with us to find exactly what we needed,EXCEEDED our expectations and made sure we left very happy with our new ???upgrade???-the KIA Sedona. Rocky in the service department also did an excellent job assisting us with a couple of minor repairs to make our van like new. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I dreaded taking my V50 in for servicing -- I've had terrible luck getting honest analysis on what needed doing and how much it should cost -- but finally needed to address some issues. Ronald could not have been more professional, pleasant or straight to deal with. He laid out what needed to be done, what could be put off for later and how some money could be saved. I will definitely be back.
