I am extremely pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me and my sister. Gail Cardoso has showed patience, knowledge and NO high pressure. She is still working hard to find us the used car that meets our needs and budget . She as a great attitude and I appreciate how we have been treated. Hoping soon to be driving a new car
Overall I would recommend them. Although some of the process was frustrating. We had picked out a car, but we changed our mind to a sportage vs a sorento. We found one we really liked and we had to wait 2 days to sign in it. We got a call a couple hours before we were supposed to go down saying there is a problem with title. They found another sportage. But without all the options we had wanted. They were able to install them and added in new tires and brakes in as well. Over all minus a few hiccups, we left with a new car and a good price. I would recommend them and would go back, just know that the process took about a week to fix. Oh but they did give me a rental
This was the first time I actually bought a car on my own, Alex made me feel like it was not a big deal and that I would be OK, I don't think he realized it. I went from a huge Suburban to a much smaller car, he knew I was nervous, so when we went on our test drive it was great, as he explained what the car had to offer and made me feel at ease. I would recommend anyone to go work with him. Bruce is the same manager and also come over and talk to me and he was so kind and has a huge heart!
I came in on a Thursday to test drive a Kia niro. Joel met my wife and I with a big smile. He helped answer some questions on the new Kia niro I saw on the Tasca website. We took a test drive and liked it a lot. I have been researching different SUV options with hybrid technology. Car drove nice and smooth. Then I met a manager Bruce who was very friendly from the get go and got talking on my car trade in worth just to get an idea as to what it's worth. I never once felt pushed to have to buy anything. I told them my needs and they helped me. I talked to Bruce over the phone that night 5-6 times as he ran numbers to get me the monthly budget I needed to feel comfortable moving forward to purchase the car. 2 days later I signed the papers for the car with an unbelievable rate. I cannot say enough how Joel and Bruce made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. I had questions about the niro behind a hybrid and I wanted to look under the hood. Joel answered what he could and got me all the info I needed for the car who a little more familiar with some things I was asking. It was a pleasure to do business here.
When you go to buy a car, you always dread the car salesmen. This time was totally different. Joel was the perfect gentleman to deal with. He was kind and friendly and would answer any questions we had. Bruce was the sales manager and he was funny and very kind. We bought the Sportage and I love it. Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens

Best dealership I've ever dealt with. The place is clean, clean, clean! TV, magazines, coffee, snacks. If you have to wait at all, it's of a very short duration. They know their stuff and treat you well.

I walked into the dealership with low expectations. Dave Beard approached me, I told him my abysmal situation with my credit and no possibility of a down payment. He took me in and looked up cars that fit my expectations. He then showed me the most awesome SUV that he said would best fit my personal financial situation. I loved it immediately and then he said, "let's go and make it yours". We went back into the dealership and a couple hours later I drove off with my new SUV. I never thought that it would be possible that I would have a new SUV that day. He made it possible. He is my hero. I am forever grateful. He changed the impression I had of car salesman forever. I will recommend him to all my friends that are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. He deserves a raise! He is awesome. He also called me today to just check in, so cool. Thanks again.
Just got my fourth Kia from Lev Kia and it was another fantastic experience. Our sales rep, Ken Russian, is not only one of the most knowledgeable and hard-working guys there, but he is also one of the least pushy and nicest salesman I have met. In addition, the managers, finance guys, and especially the service department are all top notch and great people to work with. No doubt that I will be headed back there again when it's time to look for a new car, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality vehicle at a great price! Lev Kia is the best!
Purchasing a new car was very simple and straightforward. Ken was friendly and welcoming. He listened to what I was looking for and did not try to upsell. The offer on my trade-in was within the range from the rating sites that I had searched. The offer was explained to me in detail. When I wanted a different color in the model and trim level, they were able to get one for me. Peter took care of the financing and paperwork. He was thorough and explained everything. Picking up the car was simple. Highly recommend Lev Kia.

Just days ago I walked in there looking to trade in my vehicle . Long story short I ended up buying a 2017 KIA SOUL PLUS . I was so impressed with Jason as a saleman and everybody there I went back in two days later and my girlfriend's son Brian bought a 2017 Kia Forte . Its a friendly place from everybody from the managers to the sales people to Scott to help you with the financing , to the service dept personnel . No ego trips there , always a good thing . Just a great bunch of people trying to keep the customer satisfied !
My 2013 Kia Soul Plus warranty ends in Dec 2018 and if I decide to trade it in , I would go to no other dealer .
