Customer service was great from the top down. The manager was patient with me getting my trade in there. I wasnt pressured into a purchase given my situation. Walked away with a 2019 instead of a used vehicle
Courteous and helpful. When getting new tires she was helpful making recommendations. When the time came for pickup, I was unable to make the closing time so she was even more helpful and went above and beyond so I could get my vehicle that night

I went to the Koons Kia dealership today to get a tire repaired. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Marcos worked me into their schedule and also took care of the warranty maintenance that was due. I've been coming to this dealership for several years, and have always been pleased with the quality of service.

I dreaded taking my V50 in for servicing -- I've had terrible luck getting honest analysis on what needed doing and how much it should cost -- but finally needed to address some issues. Ronald could not have been more professional, pleasant or straight to deal with. He laid out what needed to be done, what could be put off for later and how some money could be saved. I will definitely be back.
On my second Volvo and very satisfied with the buying and servicing experience. Even if I’m having a rough day, I can consistently look forward to working with the people at Don Beyer Volvo in Falls Church.
I had a horrible experience at another Volvo dealership so I went to Don Beyer. This dealership is professional and understand they don't need to waste 3 hours of your time to sell you a car. Can't recommend the whole staff enough.
