Met Keith and was very comfortable with him and loved the car. Everything worked great and I owned new car that day. Very pleased with car, salesman, and finance process. GREAT BUSINESS!!!
Bought a 2016 Ford Edge from Keith Lichucki. He was very straight-forward and accommodating. I took a fair bit of time looking at the vehicle and test-driving it and he didn't make me feel pressured at all. Didn't say anything that sounded like a lie which is something I've experienced with lots of car salesman. The sales process with Keith exceeded my expectations.
The finance guy, Ryan I think, was snarky after I declined the extra warranty service: "I didn't peg you for a betting man" and "I think you're way off base on that". After driving 45 minutes to this dealership, waiting several hours at the dealership for the process to complete, and dropping a lot of money, I could have done without the commentary. From his pushiness, I assume he must get a kick-back or something from selling those warranties.
What a great experience! Jeff is one of the best sales people I have come in contact with in my 60 years. I always felt comfortable during the process and never felt pressured. His knowledge and people skills were phenomenal. I even received a personal visit from Rick while I was there showing that they care all the way to the top. You will not go wrong to deal with this great company.
Amanda and the team were very easy to work with. We did not feel pressured to buy, but felt they were available to answer our questions and take the time we needed to make our decision. The team did a wonderful job of getting us into the car we needed for our family's situation, at the price point we could afford. We were pleasantly surprised by what they were able to do for us. We would definitely recommend Dick Brantmeier in Sheboygan, and Amanda Greene specifically as the sales associate. Very positive experience overall.
Bought a KIA Optima just recently and even though we were in the lot several times and looked at many different cars we were only approached twice. Our sales person was very nice and patient, knew a lot about each car we got into. Didn't make us feel uncomfortable. Was fast about settling our sale and even helped us set the phone up to the car. Would definitely buy every car from this place in the future.
I drove two hours to this dealership for a car ive been searching for that they had in stock. I had the sales person Jeff Close in the used car department, he was awesome!!! He had the car pulled up waiting at the front for me. I liked it and after the test drive I told him ill take it. Jeff was very helpfull and if you asked ihim something and he wasnt sure he made sure to find out. He prepped the car for me and filled the tank with gas. Jeff made this care buying experiance a blast so if you go here to buy a car please ask for Jeff, you wont be dissapointed.
