I arrived a little early, and they took my car right away. I was out 5 minutes after my scheduled time. We have purchased six Kias here and we will always deal with Peoria Kia. Kudos to our long time service rep, Larry Orris.
Peoria KIA should suggest to customers that they inspect their new vehicle while taking delivery. My vehicle has a dent in the rear that I did not notice because the salesman focused on interior features. That day was hot and humid, very uncomfortable, and the delivery process took place in the hot sun. Earnhardt Hyundai, where I bought a G90 last August, delivers vehicles in a comfortable garage setting while encouraging buyers to inspect their new vehicle. Peoria KIA should do something similar.
Jarred was the person I worked with the longest. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. He worked hard to try to get me the best deal that stayed within my budget. He and JP stayed almost an hour past closing, because of an issue with my insurance, to get the deal through. Jarred personally. delivered the car to my home the next day and has followed up a couple of times since then to make sure everything was working okay and to see how I liked the car. He seemed very genuine and sincere unlike other sales people I've dealt with in the past. JP and Chelsy were also very professional, courteous and helpful. However, I spent very little time with them Jarred and JP gave me lots of advice related to the vehicle as well as financial advice for the future. All in all, I am very satisfied with the great service I experienced. The car drives like a dream too. I will definitely refer family and friends if I learn they are in the market for a new vehicle.
Jim was great to work with! He was honest, patient, and wanted to make my purchase as smooth and easy as it could be. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and helpful. We will ask for Jim on our next purchase. The man that did my financial papers was very nice and knowledgeable but I don???t remember his name.
Bought a Kia Sorento from Rachel at Fuccillo North Port. The dealership was very clean, inviting and the people very customer friendly!! From the moment I first started looking for new vehicle they were the best. Didn’t give harassing phone calls just simply a check-up phone call. Loved the car and the way I was treated. Rachel was extremely friendly and explained all the options I could get and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. Bobby in finance was also great!! He explained all warranty options but didn’t push on them. Best place to buy a vehicle in my opinion. Great experience and free gifts were great too!!!

I had a 2013 sportage, and never had any problems until my key got stuck in the ignition, and wouldn't come out, so I took it to Monroeville Kia, and the Monroeville Kia people were wonderful! Very professional, very helpful, and my salesperson, Larry was GREAT! I highly recommend this dealer to everyone one!

Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?
In May 2018 I purchased a used Kia Soul. The car was a bad fit and my service dog did not like it; maybe alien green? So I called DH Kia, spoke with Kurt, met by Randy and Ray to buy a new 2019 Forager. Took a few hours with "onsight" financing and we were off, good to go. (Thx Bob). These guys are the BEST 😉
