New and used 2025 Kia Sorento LX for sale near Monterey Park, CA

I had an amazing experience buying my new car at Van Nuys Kia. Gabriel Hernandez, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and he was patient with all of my questions. He even stayed late to help me finalize the paperwork and teach me all the features my car has. I would highly recommended Gabriel to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. He was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

The Pomona Kia dealership has always treated my family and I really well. I believe my family members have walked out with six or seven cars from this particular dealership. I was running very late for my oil change and called to see if they were able to get me in that same day. The worker by the name of Kassandra was very polite and helpful and still got me in for my oil change. It's employees like her , that keep costumers willing to come back and buy from Pomona Kia. I always recommend to my friends and family to come and check out the cars when they are looking to purchase a new vehicle . Thank you Pomona Kia for the great experience 👍

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Luis from the Garden Grove Kia was wonderful. He was friendly and courteous, and provided immediate and prompt attention to my intent of my visit. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

She goes above and beyond her line of work. She patiently hears my concerns and offers her expert advice with a smile. I highly recommend asking for Yuri and going to this Kia of Carson.
