We can’t say enough good things about Northpointe Volvo and our salesman Rick Small. We had been in the market for a late model Jaguar XJL since last May and during our search we saw the bad and the ugly in used car sales. When a car showed up in Alpharetta, Ga, 300 miles from where we live we needed further information and assurances that car would be there when we got there, the car was as advertised, and that there suddenly wouldn’t be surprise dealer charges we weren’t expecting. Rick was outstanding in answering our questions via email and in sending photos of the car and the Carfax. He assured us the car would be there when we arrived and did not hit us with surprise extra costs. He is not a high pressure salesman and allowed us to take our time to make the decision to purchase. Northpointe also gave us a good deal on our trade in and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. Everyone in the dealership was very nice; the dealership, itself is light and airy and the Starbucks coffee, soda and water was a nice plus. We would definetly reccommend Northpointe if you are in the market and ask for Rick Small. We will definetly drive the distance the next time we are in the market for a car and we will definetly go back to Rick.

I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.
Our buying experience was easy and comprehensive at Hyundai of Cumming. Eric was knowledgeable, professional, and made both me and my husband feel comfortable with our decision. I had a fantastic buying experience with Troncalli. Working with Chris was a pleasure. He has very good product knowledge and helped us make decisions along the way. I would absolutely choose Troncalli first when looking for another vehicle.
Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.
From the minute we went into Hardy Superstore earlier this week we knew it was going to be a great experience. We had bought from Hardy previously, so we expected the best anyway. Worked with Pam this time and she did a super job. Found exactly what we wanted and got a good fair deal. Both Pam and Dan at hardy are a pleasure to work with.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Seriously though....we drive in from toooo many hours away, to get a specific truck...called when we were on the way, he held it while we were on the road, met us when we pulled up and was an excellent guy all around. They worked with us and we drove away with my truck, as planned.
My salesman, Duke Johnson, was professional and extremely personable. Chris Bennett was quick, but competent with the paperwork. The entire purchase process took roughly an hour once we decided to buy a car. It may be one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I would not hesitate in buying from them again.
I bought my Kia in 2015 and have loved it. I decided I wanted to upgrade to an SUV. They tried so hard to make it work. I was just too upside down on my car I own now but they are great. From the receptionist to the sales people they are all willing to do what it takes to make you a great deal and make you feel important. I will never by anywhere else.
Brent Causey was great. He and the dealer worked with us on the tax, title, and license because we are out of state buyers. They took great care of my wife when she flew out to pick up the car. Don't hesitate to buy from this dealer.
