I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.
I bought my KIA in Napleton KIA dealership but for service I go only to Schaumburg KIA - service is excellent, people working there are always nice and car gets serviced on time with no delays! I???ll be buying my next KIA there just because of the service department.
Nick and Felix went above and beyond at the service deparment at Napleton Acura in Elmhurst. My wife had a blowout on the front tire, they replaced it with a brand new tire, washed and vacuumed the car and had me on my way within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon.
I???ve been interested on getting myself a new family vehicle, but I???ve consistently changed my mind. Getting a new car is a big deal to me. I wasn???t planning on getting a new car when i went in Ed Napleton Acura. The minute i came in, i was greeted by a sweet young lady. I asked for Wilson, he had recently helped out a friend of mine. Wilson was very knowledgeable about all cars i was interested in. He helped me narrow them down and suggested what he thought was best. All my concerns and questions were answered. I was able to take my time looking and visited twice before finally deciding on the Outlander Phev. Both times I was greeted with friendly professionalism. Mike took time to help me understand all the features the car had and when I finally purchased the car a few days later, he went over them with me again to make sure I understood everything and had no questions left to ask. He connected my phone to the car so I can access everything through voice commands before we left and he even connected my daughter's phone so we can access her music. I'm not technically savvy so this was extremely helpful. I probably know more about the functions of this car than I do about my own smartphone thanks to Mike : ) He was incredibly patient and helpful.
It's really stressful for me to make such a large purchase but the staff at Max Madsen Mitsubishi Downers Grove (and the Outlander Phev) made this purchase go much easier. They were a pleasure to work with.
Drove up to Castle Honda to look at a car we seen posted on Cars.com. After finding the car, we were able to look at it without being rushed by salespeople . The used car department is laid back yet professional with excellent customer service Ali & Josh were great to work with!

Usually after a sale, the salesman is no longer interested (or available) for the problems of his customer. However, I must say Trajce provided EXCELLENT service and care for me dealing with three different problems that I created in the pouring rain on the dealership’s lot, 17 days after the purchase of my new Optima. All ended well as he assured me it would! He was great!
I was greeted by Jackie Guzman. What a pleasure to work with her. She heard what I was saying and went with my wants. She even made it fun. She asked the Sales manager Victor P. to help out. What a good guy. Found me a great Soul gave me a great deal. This dealership let me leave with their car for 3 days because my credit is always kept on freeze. Victor told me when I returned with the Soul if I didn't want it no questions asked, no problem. Well I love my cute car.

This is my 3rd Car from this dealer. The only reason for coming to this dealer is Howard Krick. He knows exactly what a customer is looking for. And he always educate you about the available options. I met sales manager Tony at this dealer for the first time and he super patiently listened all my questions and concerns. And he was simply best at everything.
