Boxy looking average car

It looks like a box. It has ok power and odd brakes that seem to pull harder as you go slower. Its easy to get in and out, the seats seem higher off the ground than most small cars. Visibility is ok. Sound system is ok. It has no kind of traction control at all. Overall it's just a little ok kind of car, nothing special.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
Pretty Good Value but Some Problems

This car is very reliable. It hasn't needed any repairs in almost 2 years. The exterior design is very cool.
I like having the rear backup camera, but the image is not very sharp, and at night it's almost useless.
The suspension is lousy; I can feel every tiny bump in the road.
The fuel economy is not so good for a small car; I get 16 MPG for city driving.
The steering wheel is made of hard plastic that is uncomfortable to grip. (I bought a soft rubber piece that wraps around the steering wheel to make long trips more comfortable.)
The interior controls have some design flaws. For example, you can't set the fan to recirculate when using the front defroster. The A/C sometimes goes on when you start the car, even when it wasn't in use when you shut the car off. The headlight indicator sometimes goes on, even when the headlights are not actually on.
It has no CD or DVD player. Bluetooth works pretty well. When you play MP3s stored in the internal memory, it does not display the embedded album info correctly.
The rear cargo area is very small. I can't fit groceries from an average shopping trip without putting down the back seat.
Great all around service and people. Facility is very nice, Advisor was very good and the service was completed in a timely manner.

Excellent commuter car for the urban/city dweller, lots of storage inside, tons of cup holders and places to store bottles. Large center console, storage for sunglasses. Leather interior and lots of soft surfaces with all LED lights inside make for a more upscale feel. Enough seating for 4 average sized adults. Small SUV type storage via the rear hatch with the back seats folded down. Heated and Cooled Seats are worth every single penny more so in the brutal Florida summers. I've really enjoyed the large panoramic sunroof, all the tech, Android Auto/Car Play Support, lane departure and collision warning. Factory Navigation is excellent, screen is very responsive Android Auto & Car Play take it to the next level. Infinity Sound System is amazing as are the lighted speakers up front. There's enough hamsters (164 of them) under the hood for urban driving and getting onto the interstate/toll roads at speed with relative ease.
If asked if I'd buy this car again I'd do it hands down. I almost bought a 19 model. I've taken it on the road for hours on end, to the beach, into the city out into the country. It's never hesitated nor provided any issues in the almost 3 years I've owned it. It's a quality vehicle on par with the best of them.
Bought a nice Infiniti from Kevin there. Good car, good price, good people that helped with the buying process. They made buying the car easy and stress free.
Perfect small family car

Car is amazing. I'm a single woman. I went from a Subaru forrester to a Kia soul. Great gas mileage, great handling in all weather (haven't tried snow) I feel safe in it. ONLY 1 DRAWBACK- the storage space in the back, the trunk, is very small compaired to what I'm used to, but it is only a small drawback. The comfort makes up for it.
My salesman was Mr kyle Manley a young man that knows his job and is very professional.I would recommend him to anybody young or old.I wish him all the best in his career.God bless him.The guys in finance Department are also Professionals.But they made one mistake.And that was,after running my credit with their Bank(Chase) and didn’t like the interest rate that was offered.I should have been informed first before trying another Bank of their choice.I would have preferred PNC Bank instead because I have history with them( Mortage & Car Loan ) and my interest rate would have been far less than what they accepted from Bank of America.I will definitely be refinancing my car loan at a later time.Otherwise than that, I’m very happy with the 2019 Subaru Outback that I purchased.Thanks to the Management and staff at Faulkner Subaru.Happy Holiday guys.Mr Floyd

I thought I didn't want a square looking car until I drove it. So much head room and room between driver and passenger. Car is very reliable - have had no problems. The cargo space is large enough for weekly grocery shopping and the shelves under the cargo space is great for the recycle bags.

I went from a 2014 Chrysler 300 to this car and I can say it is way better and more reliable. More gas efficient and faster! People think it is small inside until I let them get in and the say "Wow". I love my Kia Soul!
We had a great experience and we love the car. The salesman and all of the sales staff who helped us out at the dealership were great and attentive to our needs.
We were looking to lease for the first time and it all worked out to our satisfaction.

LOVE THE EASE AND READY RESPONSE WHEN DRIVING ON INTERSTATES. ALSO LOVE THE HANDS FREE PHONE. HAVE BECOME AN AVID USER OF THAT OPTION. ALSO LIKE THE USB PORT AND LIGHTS IN THE CUP HOLDERS.
My time at Kia was wonderful, everyone made the expierence very plain less and simple. It didn???t take nearly as long as I thought it was going to and I was able to get a brand new vehicle in my price range. Any questions I had they were answered very promptly and correctly. Over all every person I interacted with made me feel welcome and comfortable!

I love the great room and driving comfort of the Soul. Within a o tho of buying the car, I drove it on vacation over 2000 miles. Never felt tired or had any problems driving 9 hours at a time.
After shopping for weeks online I went to Abeloff and the rest is history. The contact through email with Maylen was absolutely outstanding and then when we came to the dealership she set us up with Brendon Myers. After a few test drives we found a 2015 Nissan Rogue that we loved. The day I came to pick the car up my salesman Brendon asked if I could hang for a few minutes because they decided to put new tires on the vehicle for me before I took it home for no extra charge. The experience from top to bottom was outstanding and I highly recommend this dealership and Brendon.

This car met my needs and a most of my wants. It’s comfortable to drive, easy to get into and out of (this can be an issue for us older folks), has good fuel economy, and the controls on the steering wheel for the radio, phone, cruise control and trip meters make me feel so safer than reaching for those things.
Everyone that my husband and I encountered at this dealership was friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our 2017 CPO Kia Optima purchase! We dealt directly with Carl Madonna and Johnny Taylor, both of whom were very knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions. The absolute best car buying experience in my sixty eight years of life. I was treated in a wonderful manner and they took great care of me I would recommend this place to anyone. I called them yesterday and when I got there I was greeted by name and everything was ready to go.
I needed a new car but was dreading having to deal with a 'salesman.' Lori at Kia of Lansdale made my car buying experience painless. She was polite and friendly. Lori took the time to explain everything clearly. After the purchase she took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the vehicle. She even followed up days later to make sure everything was going well with the new car. I have purchased numerous new and used vehicles and I have NEVER had the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE that Lori provided.
After dealing with 3 local dealerships and having a terrible experience at two of them, I decided to expand my range a bit. Emailed the dealership to see if they would want me to stop in even though it would be close to their closing time on a Saturday. I received a call from the sales manager Joe and he said if I could get there before closing time he would be happy to assist me and earn my business. I made it there with only 10 minutes to spare. I already knew which vehicle I wanted so I didn't have to test drive and all that. Still took about 2 hours to get out the door with the new car. Some of this was due to the finance person going over all this "extra coverage" that they offer and it sounded like it was included with the purchase of the vehicle to make sure the customer is happy with everything. You find out at the end of the speech that you have to pay for this extra coverage if you want it. Would have saved about 10-15 minutes if they just asked up front if you want their "extended warranty" coverage to which you can just say "no" and move on to the next step. While going through the paperwork process, salesman Shawn went ahead and cleaned up the vehicle and prepped it to go. Signed off on all the paperwork and away I went. Kudos to Shawn and Joe for their professional yet friendly attitude and willingness to help even when it was time for them to leave for the day.
