This is my third Kia Optima and I go NOWHERE but to Friendly Kia for service. I know the level of service I expect and get will be high. I look forward to coming here and they make you so comfortable in the new lounge area. Can't remember who checked me in and out of service but he was excellent.
Do your homework before you start car shopping. Know what you want and how much you want to pay. Now you going to start off with one salesperson then you end up seeing three to four more people overwhelming. Remember their names for the survey.
Throughout the whole week kevin was exceptional in not only his customer service but his knowledge of the product. I had multiple quotes from other dealerships but kevin was understanding and accommodating for any need that i had.
Service managers were very nice and explained only services that were due at time of inspection. I also felt all prices that were presented to me were fair prices. The wait time was slightly long, but it was explained to me that that was not usual but due to some car models having a recall and parts that needed replacement.
Bought my second Kia at Fuccillo because the first time we had a great experience. Don???t care about the give always. Second time was even better. Might be a small building but you get a great experience. Great staff, all were very friendly. Forgot who my salesman was, he was great through the painless process.
