I rarely get frustrated enough to say anything negative, but I don???t understand when you have an appointment why it should take over two hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. This has happened more often than not when having my car serviced. However, I would like to say the person to check my car in and out was very kind.
Roberto was kind and patient, my father and I had been back and forth trying different cars and me being a first time buyer I was unsure of what I wanted and how much I was wanting to spend. Roberto walked me through the whole process and never made me feel rushed to make any decisions. I was able to test drive any car and he went over features, and other things in great detail. I???d highly recommend Roberto to anyone who???s in the market looking for a Kia or a car in general. The whole experience with Westgate Kia was an amazing experience everyone was friendly and a pleasure to work with. Don???t hesitate and visit Westgate Kia in Wake Forest they are the absolute best!

Not only did she help me but she turly went above and beyond all she did for me 2day, had to bring my baby in that I bought from y’all for some services and Casey was there to help and make everything a smooth process for me! She even got me something fun to “play” in while waiting for my baby to be fixed she tried find out everything possible to save me some money and was just truly an awesome and AMAZING woman!!
