I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!
I arrived a little early, and they took my car right away. I was out 5 minutes after my scheduled time. We have purchased six Kias here and we will always deal with Peoria Kia. Kudos to our long time service rep, Larry Orris.
Peoria KIA should suggest to customers that they inspect their new vehicle while taking delivery. My vehicle has a dent in the rear that I did not notice because the salesman focused on interior features. That day was hot and humid, very uncomfortable, and the delivery process took place in the hot sun. Earnhardt Hyundai, where I bought a G90 last August, delivers vehicles in a comfortable garage setting while encouraging buyers to inspect their new vehicle. Peoria KIA should do something similar.
Terrific and knowledgeable sales group. First time purchased a new truck. Super sales team and management. Trust them with their thoughts and experiences. Looked at Ford but do not like their history of poor mechanical performance. The tried and true 5.3 Ecotec3 is very quiet and strong. Drives like a luxury car but works like a truck.
Jarred was the person I worked with the longest. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. He worked hard to try to get me the best deal that stayed within my budget. He and JP stayed almost an hour past closing, because of an issue with my insurance, to get the deal through. Jarred personally. delivered the car to my home the next day and has followed up a couple of times since then to make sure everything was working okay and to see how I liked the car. He seemed very genuine and sincere unlike other sales people I've dealt with in the past. JP and Chelsy were also very professional, courteous and helpful. However, I spent very little time with them Jarred and JP gave me lots of advice related to the vehicle as well as financial advice for the future. All in all, I am very satisfied with the great service I experienced. The car drives like a dream too. I will definitely refer family and friends if I learn they are in the market for a new vehicle.
Bought a Kia Sorento from Rachel at Fuccillo North Port. The dealership was very clean, inviting and the people very customer friendly!! From the moment I first started looking for new vehicle they were the best. Didn’t give harassing phone calls just simply a check-up phone call. Loved the car and the way I was treated. Rachel was extremely friendly and explained all the options I could get and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. Bobby in finance was also great!! He explained all warranty options but didn’t push on them. Best place to buy a vehicle in my opinion. Great experience and free gifts were great too!!!

From the initial meeting with the service attendant, Samuel Weisman, on Saturday, December 1, my maintenance service was a pleasant and informative experience. Mr. Weisman was careful to explain everything that was going to be done to keep my Kia Soul in compliance with my warranty and also exactly what each phase of the work would cost. He carefully answered all of my questions and was very patient and helpful in trying to explain everything I asked about. The shuttle driver was quick to respond and was courteous and polite as well as being a very careful driver on a rainy, messy afternoon. I appreciate having a service department that I can trust not to do unnecessary work and one that is diligent in maintaining my vehicle in peak driving condition. Many thanks.

This was my third purchase of a vehicle from Kirby Kia. I again went through TrueCar and George Estrada contacted me with an offer. Two other dealerships likewise contacted me. Kirby Kia presented the best offer and I met George. He sweetened the deal even more and we started the purchase process. This turned out to be the most fun, easiest, and best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle. Needless to say, I give Kirby Kia and George Estrada my highest recommendation to anyone interested in purchasing any vehicle. I say this because I have almost always owned German cars! My new Kia Stinger GT2 is certainly competitive with comparable German cars at a much less cost! Kudos to Kirby Kia and George Estrada!
Many thanks to George Estrada for getting me back into a 2nd KIA. George kept me reassured that the finance department and GM would make it all possible. Confidence was key. I am a proud owner once again. George is not pushy as I experienced elsewhere. No pressure and I felt quite comfortable as I waited for the great turnout. I just wanted to thank and recommend Salesman Paul Barnes who is professional, kind, and worked hard to get me a great deal on my new Kia Sportage. I???ve worked in the business as a Sales Manager and knew I was upside down on my trade. I know how he makes his money and rather him shrug me off for something that appears to be an easier sale, Paul worked hard and stuck with me to get me at a fair price. I will be buying vehicles from him as long as he is in the business.

In May 2018 I purchased a used Kia Soul. The car was a bad fit and my service dog did not like it; maybe alien green? So I called DH Kia, spoke with Kurt, met by Randy and Ray to buy a new 2019 Forager. Took a few hours with "onsight" financing and we were off, good to go. (Thx Bob). These guys are the BEST 😉
