I walked in not expecting to get a car. But with the help of Casey Montgomery , he took my truck as a trade in and in no time I was driving out in my new car. Would definitely recommend Kia of the Shoals.

Basically, I believe that when selling new cars there shouldn???t be any problems with the car. Due to my experience here I had to wait an extra hour and a half after purchasing the vehicle. It should have been all ready to be received upon purchase

The Kia store in Sandusky us wonderful ! I always feel so welcome! Everyone is polite and very attentive ! The shop guys explain everything to me! I had a mouse get into my filter compartment and Zach showed me everything ! I have always felt intimidated in some dealerships but This Kia store is wonderful, helpful comfortable , clean and they sent me home with a beautifully washed car! Could not ask for more!!

I just wanted to thank and recommend Salesman Paul Barnes who is professional, kind, and worked hard to get me a great deal on my new Kia Sportage. I???ve worked in the business as a Sales Manager and knew I was upside down on my trade. I know how he makes his money and rather him shrug me off for something that appears to be an easier sale, Paul worked hard and stuck with me to get me at a fair price. I will be buying vehicles from him as long as he is in the business.
This is the first vehicle I've bought where the salesman literally did not push anything off on me. He showed me the available vehicles they had I was looking for, explained the feature differences, and never tried to dissuade my decision. Wasn't planning on buying one, but the ease of this process and no pressure from the salesman, I left with a new vehicle. Thank you.

My husband and I recently purchased a Kia and Cliff was our salesperson. He patiently listened to our likes/dislikes, asked us many questions to help us narrow down our focus, and not once made us feel pressured in any way. He made our car buying experience a very enjoyable one.
We had such a great experience buying a new car here everyone was very professional made us feel like we are welcomed and most of all no pushy sales men on the rush to sell, we also like the fact that the owner himself was there to meet him in person and that he is there in lots of other dealerships the owner is not even present to great his customers. I think it is a very family oriented and warm feeling dealership. Also we would like to thank so much our salesman Roger Cariaga, he was very helpful and understanding and very professional along with all the managers. Thank you once again for great service !!! our next car we will be buying here again!!
They worked hard to give us an amazing deal on a brand new 2019 sx turbo Sportage! Cliff was patient and so friendly and he even got us food! He was an amazing person and will def be sending people to him!!! Carlos was the numbers guy and he was so friendly and helped us get a good price as well! they are both amazing employees ! I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.
