Great car with one MAJOR issue

I love my Soul, had it for almost a year. However I will never consider another Soul unless Kia fixes this issue. The issue: it doesn't support Google. The assistant button on the stereo only recognises Siri and ignores the other Major Assistant. But the Kia Optima works with both. It's quite annoying and almost turns me off the KIA experience... Almost makes me want to look at another brand once my lease is up.
My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. All were concerned with our needs and very professional ; all around nice guys. Would purchase here again. Thanks Guys !!! Al T.

This vehicle fits my needs very well. Good gas mileage on my commute to and from work. Plenty of room inside for me my wife and two kids.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

We love the conform and drivability of the car. Tight steering, and very comfortable seating and car ergo-metrics. Nice milage and just fun to drive. Much roomier than expected and nice pickup.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. We just purchased a 2019 Kia Forte from Bridgewater Kia. That???s exactly what our salesperson Brett did and more. You couldn???t have asked for a nicer and more knowledgeable person to be your car salesperson. Brett spent a lot of time with us and patiently answered all our questions completely. He was also very clear and thorough in explaining all the features of the car, as well as all other aspects of the transaction. It was THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had! We were offered a very good deal and very fair trade-in price for our trade. It made the car buying experience a pleasure, the way it should be. I would also like to mention David, who is the finance manager. He had all our paperwork prepared accurately. He was very thorough and patient in explaining everything before we signed all the documents. Never was pressured for any after-sale add-ons. We are very excited about our purchase and extremely pleased with our car buying experience with Brett and David. Going from a truck to a car is rare but I did it and it was the right thing. I love my new car and everything it offers. A wise choice in a Kia Soul.

I thought I wanted a Kia Soul for a couple years. Once I test drove it I realized it is not an SUV so if that’s what you’re wanting I’m not sure it would be the car for you. Overall I think the interior was comfortable but it rides pretty low like a sedan. The interior design is okay but it almost seems as if it’s trying too hard to be a cool car. I would still recommend it to someone who knew they were not getting an SUV with this purchase.
Just moved to Bridgewater and needed a new car. I found that Bridgewater Kia provided friendly and knowledgeable service. They had a great team atmosphere and worked with me to find the best deal. Unlike my experience with other dealers I visited in the area, I never felt pressured at Bridgewater Kia to buy a car that was not the right fit for me.

This car is great, it drives well, it’s reliable, stylish, it has a nice stereo, back up camera, IPhone connects so that I can use it as a gps on the screen. I love this car.
I reached out via phone and the internet as we live far from the dealership and wanted to ensure we had all the information before traveling so far. I didn’t feel like the sales or finance department had any interest in helping us. I didn’t get any clear answers or felt any motivation from them. Regardless if they felt our credit history was worth it or not, I didn’t feel they worked hard enough to make a sale. We found another dealership who went above and beyond to get us a good deal and now we are owners of a new car.

My Soul (turbo boost 2018) continues to exceed my expectations in every way- including reliability, interior design and space comfort, mpg, stability on long trips, fog lights, overall size to help parking in smaller spaces and style. Very happy with this car!

I purchased and 2 weeks later my sister and I drove 2200 miles to and from Oklahoma to see our father. It was very comfortable, plenty of leg room, handled the mountains great and was great on gas.
I love to drive and certainly love driving this car.
I came in because it was finally time to upgrade to a newer car. Ruben sat me down and showed me my options and was very patient and listened to all of my needs. We have been dealing with the Kemper's for 30 years and have purchased cars for many different family members. Jim Kirchner has been our salesman for every single sale. In the showroom there hangs a framed motto: "Our job is not to sell you a car, our job is to help you buy a car." They stay true to this. It is so easy for our family to continue buying cars here. We love our new Sorrento. They have upgraded used cars on site as well. Go buy a car here!
I bought a new 2017 Sportage from Bridgewater Kia 18 months ago. About every 200 miles or so while driving the automatic transmission would slip into neutral. The transmission would re-engage by taking my foot off the gas. Needless to say this was frightening and somewhat unnerving, especially when you were pulling into the fast lane on a highway doing 70 mph. They couldn't diagnose the problem even after they hooked me up with a "flight recorder" which monitored my engine conditions when this happened although the data captured by this device did show the engine racing when the transmission slipped into neutral. Kia authorized the installation of a new transmission. Bridgewate Kia let me have use of a courtesy car for the duration of the work. I went and picked up the car and as I was pulling out of the dealer lot I noticed two fractures in the windshield running parallel to one another from the dashboard up that looked like stress fractures that occurred when they put the new transmission in. I immediately drove back and with no questions asked they returned the courtesy car to me while they had a new windshield installed. I picked it up a few days later and within 24 hours the same problem occurred with the trannie popping into neutral. About a week later it happened again and I took it back. Bob, the Service Manager came out and took the car for a ride. Needless to say it didn't happen as it never does in those situations. When he got back to the lot he went and retrieved a Tablet from his office and after searching the Kia dealer website saw that just two days prior a new software update specifically for the transmission was available. He loaded it and I have drive 1600 miles now without a problem I want to thank Bob and Bryant, my Service Advisor for all of their prompt and courteous attention that led to this issue being resolved. They did everything that you could expect from a car dealership and I want to thank them. Hopefully they won't see me again for this issue.
