Great Experience Leasing a Kia :)

I was in communication with 4 different Portland-area dealerships as I searched for the right car lease.
One dealership was crazy expensive, so I wrote them off right away.
Another dealership talked a good game, but even on the phone wanted to do the "Let me go talk to my manager" thing over and over again, which I find tiring. They never got the price down where I wanted it, though after I got my lease with Ron Tonkin, this other dealership was still calling me and offering me lower and lower prices lol.
The third dealership gave me their "word" that they had the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. Then when I showed up to sign papers, suddenly they didn't have the color they'd committed to, or the lease pricing they'd promised. They tried to talk me into another car at significantly more money per month. I'm so glad I left, because...
I'd already been in touch with Tanya from Ron Tonkin, but had sort of let the communication lapse. I decided to reach out again, and Tanya responded with this really great online form that showed the car I wanted, the exact dollar amounts for drive-off and monthly payments, all of the options, the VIN# - really everything you'd want to know about the car and the payment terms. There was a spot where I could comment and ask questions and I used this to get confirmation on all of the details, so that there would be no surprises when I showed up to sign papers. All of my comments were recorded on the form, and I found it reassuring to have every single thing in writing.
Everything about the lease looked good, so I went to Ron Tonkin, met with Tanya, her manager, and the finance guy, and everything was super straightforward. I was in and out pretty quickly, and am very happy with the car I got. I am so grateful that I ended up at Ron Tonkin, and with Tanya as my salesperson, as it ended up being such a positive experience. I'd happily do business with them again!
