I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.
Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.
It was ok every one is very friendly. But my 1500 Rams trans is still not working right, Not Happy with the outcome of the trans service, the truck has 37 k mild on it and is still like new but runs like xxxx( trans) that is . FabioLugo

Nick and Felix went above and beyond at the service deparment at Napleton Acura in Elmhurst. My wife had a blowout on the front tire, they replaced it with a brand new tire, washed and vacuumed the car and had me on my way within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon.

I wasn???t planning on getting a new car when i went in Ed Napleton Acura. The minute i came in, i was greeted by a sweet young lady. I asked for Wilson, he had recently helped out a friend of mine. Wilson was very knowledgeable about all cars i was interested in. He helped me narrow them down and suggested what he thought was best. All my concerns and questions were answered. Felt welcome as I entered the door. Staff was available and when I asked for the sales person that I had been communicating with, salesperson was waiting.
