Came in for some repairs to be done on my 2013 kia optima. Walked outside and looked around while i was waiting, and found a 2018 Kia Optima that i really wanted. KIRK and TRAVIS are amazing. They did everything we asked for and were super friendly. Great group of people. I got my 2018 Optima! Sure am going to miss my 2013 tho . CJ (Curtis) from service did an amazing job repairing my 2013, but I just had to have the new one. Again thank you KIRK and TRAVIS for all your time and hard work gettin us in the car i wanted. I don't buy a new GM vehicle every year, but when I do, I shop at Pemberton Chevrolet-GMC-Buick. Dale Randall, Joe Denoya, and all the rest of the sales crew are great people. They do not use aggressive sales tactics there - very low pressure, very friendly. The service department has always been good to us as well. We enjoy the laid back hometown feel of this dealership and that's why we've purchased three vehicles from them.
Jim West is more than a salesman, he really cares about finding just the right car for his customer., and doesn't pressure you into buying a car 'on that day' like some others we've encountered. If you want a caring, friendly person to help you find a car, Jim is the guy. We are really happy with the car he located for us!

As I started my search for a newer truck through carfax, I found DePere Auto Center had the truck we were looking for. We sent in a request to see if it was available, and they got back to us within an hour. Phil and the team that we were able to meet were friendly and down to earth.The test drive went smoothly. There was no pressure or hassle with buying the truck form them as we would get from bigger dealerships. We even asked if we could have the truck bed to have a spray in bed liner and Phil took care of this for us. Amazed and much appreciated at the customer service we received. SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. MY VAN WAS RETURNED TO ME CLEANER THAN WHEN IT CAME IN. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR THE SHUTTLE TO TAKE ME TO WORK AND THEN PICK ME UP AT WORK WHEN THE SERVICE WAS DONE.
I worked with Sherm, who was so down to earth and honest. He took the time to get to know me, and treated me like family. He asked questions to determine exactly what the right vehicle was going to be for me, and stayed within my price range. What I love about him is that he isn???t a shmoozy salesman, trying to pressure you into anything. He just listened and did the research to find my dream car. He was available by his cell phone at all hours to answer any questions I had, and never once made me feel stupid. This is the kind of dealer you want to work with when buying a car. I wasn???t expecting to walk out of there with a brand new Jeep Cherockee!
