Love Kia’s this is fourth one. Bob Site has great staff all fun to deal with, they become family . Even if you’re not looking for a car, new or used, this should be your first and only stop.If you don’t like them it’s your fault.
Robby is the best Service Rep. He always comes out of the office and never makes you wait. He always has a big smile on his face to greet you with your welcoming you to Kia. He is very honest with his telling you how long your wait is going to be. I have never gone over the time he has stated. I never feel pressured to buy something I can not afford or do not really need. He is very attentive to what has been done on my car. Plus he keeps up on what maintenance is due and coming up for the age of my car. I trust Robby totally with my car and I will not come in when he is not going to be at work. Because bad things happened to my car when he is not there. I just want you to know how I really feel about my Service Rep. And how much I respect him. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion.
I am a caterer and on a Saturday morning I loaded my car with equipment to go set up a catering event only to find my battery had died overnight. Desperate I called on neighbors and family to give a jump start thinking that was all I needed. It took sometime but yea! it started. I was told by my neighbor who owns an auto repair shop to stop at O'Reilly and have the battery checked because the battery had not had enough time to completely charge. I stopped at O'Reilly's it was after 1pm now. They told me that my battery was ok but I needed a new alternator (WOW). Where can I have an alternator installed in my Kia Soul on Saturday at 1:30pm and I had to be at my event at 2pm. I asked the guy at O'Reilly's and he suggest Bob Sight Kia. I drove there hoping and praying that they were open, that they could help me, that they would understand what I was facing. I pulled into the service area and a young man name Robby Harmon walked up to help me. I told him my dilemma. He immediately calmed me down and explained they had a limited staff on Saturday but would do everything in his power to help me. He said regardless of what I was told they needed to do a diagnosis first. So he sent me to the waiting area while they began within a few minutes he called me over and said that my alternator was fine and that I had a dead cell in my battery and the battery needed to be replaced. They replaced it washed my vehicle and I was on my way by 2:05. I WILL BE BACK because they listened to my need and problem and then went to work to make it happen. I'm a female and have always been nervous about getting service because I don't understand cars and what it cost for service and feel like I may be taken advantage of! Robby Harmon changed that for me and yes I will be back for further service on my Kia Soul. Thanks Robby and Thanks Bob Sight Kia.

Greg Aikmus was amazing with this whole process. I came in without my husband just to test drive the Kia Soul...and I purchased it right on the spot. Greg and the Jack Miller Kia Dealership were recommended to me by a fellow teacher friend, Kerri Cassity. She is in love with her Soul and had an awesome experience buying from Greg. He made it so easy. He was pleasant, patient, and never pushy. I felt comfortable and he made the whole process easy. New car under warranty which Kia in St. Joe would not investigate leak damage, because they "did not have time to pull the carpets, just put a fan on it for a couple days." Soaked under carpets, pads, etc. Took car to Lee's Summit and they got it right in,pulled carpets/pads, let the car dry out for a couple days and then replaced the carpet, provided loaner, and were so amazing to work with. 100% customer focus. Thank you Cable-Dahmer Kia Lee's Summit! That is how you run a good business. Our family appreciates you!
Betty Dowdy went above and beyond to make sure that I stayed a happy and satisfied customer. She made me know that my decision to purchase my car from Cable Dahmer Kia was the best decision. My low tire pressure light came on and I was told that I needed a new tire, but I'd only had my car a week...I was a bit stressed with the news of possibly having to pay for a new tire. I spoke with Betty and she reassured me that they would take care of it. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
I need a car and look on line for a car, I was told I was approved but everyone is approved, the car salesman had already pick a car for me to buy without my knowledge, I drove the car it’s nice but when we sat down and I seen the payment it was out of my ballpark, I questioned it and he said we agreed but no I didn’t agree, but I went along with it because I’m meek person and have no backbone to life, when u go shopping watch out sharks are here
Nathaniel Heath was amazing with my service on my 2017 KIA Soul. The dealership is very clean and they offer you coffee, popcorn and tv for my kids. I deffently will be coming back for all my service needs for my car.
By far the easiest and fastest car-buying experience I’ve ever had! We went in to test drive a vehicle and walked out with a new car. Ben Eden was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and helped us get a great deal on a brand new adorable Kia Soul! I never got that “car salesman” feel from anyone we encountered and that makes a huge difference. Plus the fresh popcorn doesn’t hurt. ;) I would definitely recommend Shawnee Mission Kia and, especially, Ben.
Vegas was very knowledgeable about vehicles is stock, and let us test drive for close to 1/2 an hour. He made the buying process quite easy, and management was flexible regarding our trade-in. Highly recommend Shawnee Mission Kia if you're in the market for a new car.

One service person always tries to sell me something, so I appreciated Don who just handled why I was there. I think the sales guy that works in service is Mike.
