Mr. Kwami was a very helpful person because he tried to satisfy my needs by making sure I got the right F-150. He was patient with me and allowed me to take my time when deciding if I had picked out the right car. Furthermore, Mr. Kwami is a friendly person who is always there to help out others by giving them the best services.

I was in need of a service van for my business and Kwami took the time and go through what i need. We look at few van and went for a test drive and i finally made my choice. There were few complications along the was but i was able to get my service van home the same day with Kwami's help. I walked in and left with a new van with fair price that day.
We were looking for one of the 2 last 2018 Ford RS in Maryland and this was the place! Kwami was very friendly and professional. I got some hot chocolate from their lounge to enjoy during our finance process. They played no games, gave us a great price for our trade in and we were on our way. We needed a specialty bracket ordered for our car and Kwami went out of his way to ensure we were not inconvenienced. I would 100% recommend him as a salesman.

I did not have a nail in tire prior, my car ride as not noisy or bumpy. I was told I needed tires and after coming for the main this that was needed I left and all of sudden the noise began. I got out to see what was going on and my tire had a huge nail. How ironic the dealer told me earlier I needed tires $595, however did not state that there was a nail in one. I did not have a problem riding prior to dealer. I guess that's a tactic to get you to buy from them. They have lost a customer will not purchase another Kia.
Aaron really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He has a great relationship with all his customers and even makes sure every visit is great after you bought your car. When you spend money on a new car you not only want great customer service but you want to buy it from someone who actually cares about your needs.
Went from an Audi to Kia Stinger, very happy with the process. Alexander Wallace was very helpful and respectful, didn't constantly call and harass annoyingly. Time was set to meet and we did. Deal was worked out, happy on both ends. Everyone stayed late to see that I went out happy and taken care of. Would highly recommend to others.
My car buying experience at King’s Volkswagen couldn’t not have been any better.....Mostly because of Ignacio Rada....he made the whole process a lot smoother. He is a friendly, upbeat, and honest person who does anything in his power to get you what you want. He does his homework telling you about the latest features of the car you might want to buy. He was always available and willing to go out of his way to work with me. Even picking me up to make my purchase. He followed me throughout the whole process making sure I was taken care of, being there every step of the way.
He genuinely cares about his customers. I am sure the rest of the sales staff is just as professional.
Would definitely do business with them again if I need to.

Salesman Vandyke Jackson is the best.. recommmend everyone to have him as a sales rep.. this is my second car from him and he always goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy customer before leaving the lot. He checkin from time to time to see if there any questions or concerns.
i went from a range rover to a kia sportage. I was told I was crazy. The engine is more responsive, the technology is so much better, the extras I get werent even offered in my range rover and I also have cooled seats. I made the mistake of buying from autonation but from now on I'll be buying from DARCARS.
Mr. Steinfein provided excellent knowledge and was extremely courteous. He kept me and my husband informed about the progress of our car throughout our entire wait. We have previously owned both a Mercedes and a BMW but decided to purchase a KIA based on some of our friends who bragged on KIA's high quality customer service. We now have bragging rights, they have the most honest and caring customer service and very knowledgeable staff.
The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I’ve made over the years. Thank you Jeannie and team for genuinely exceeding my expectations, by a lot!
