I just wanted to thank and recommend Salesman Paul Barnes who is professional, kind, and worked hard to get me a great deal on my new Kia Sportage. I???ve worked in the business as a Sales Manager and knew I was upside down on my trade. I know how he makes his money and rather him shrug me off for something that appears to be an easier sale, Paul worked hard and stuck with me to get me at a fair price. I will be buying vehicles from him as long as he is in the business.
This is my first brand new car and Performance Kia made it a stress free and enjoyable experience all around. A special shout out to an employee named Shawn because my 2 year old would not leave him alone and he was wonderful with him. Thank you all so much!

Was just looking into updating our 2009 Santa fe fred Benson went above and beyond to help us get the right vehicle for our budget he was the best salesman we ever dealt with hands down he was the best will definitely recommend him and performance Kia to anyone looking for a car new or used.
I traveled an hour and a half to get my Kia because of the excellent experience my mother had purchasing her car. Fred was a pleasure to deal with, the whole purchasing process was flawless, and I feel they made me about the best offer in the region. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a Kia to shop around, then come see these guys. They make sure you are completely satisfied with every step.
After realizing what the problem was, they were helpful in getting it resolved. I was disappointed, though, in the cost. I had to pay $100 to figure out the problem, then buy the part myself and another $150 to put the new part in. I felt it was a little expensive.
The service was fine and was done as I asked. My issue came when we went to check out. I had signed up online for the 15,000 mile service which included oil change with filter. tire rotation and topping off all fluid levels. The charge was to be in the 69.00 dollar range according to the online offer. When we went to checkout the bill was almost 100$. I explain to the service manager and he could not find the offer I described. He did make the adjustment after he could see I was upset that they had no record of this service. He charged me just for the tire rotation less than 20.00$. I told him that i wanted to pay more inline of what the offer I signed up for was 70.00$. i didn't feel right not paying for my service. I went home and checked online and could not bring up the service I had originally signed up for. i am not sure what happened and was sorry I had not printed the offer out. I purchased top off the line cx5 and would like to have service done at a fair price to everyone. Thank you scott jones
