Greg P was the best car salesman ever. Ray from the finance / account manager area was extremely kind, caring and took his time to explain everything to me. This was probably my best car purchasing experience ever.
I came in to lease a Rogue not really knowing what to expect but hopeful considering the good reviews that Nemet has. Thankfully I had a great experience. From the service to the price I paid, I'm absolutely satisfied. When I walked in, Charlie was right there to greet my wife and I. He sat us down and listened to what exactly we were looking for as well as what we were looking to do. He gave us a run down of the Rogue along with a nice test drive. When we got back we got started on paperwork after agreeing on a price and from there it was essentially a hop skip and a jump into our new Rogue. It was far more pleasant and timely than I ever expected and we thank both Charlie and Nemet Motors for their wonderful service!
Very friendly when searching inventories and showed mind to help to find good car. After few negotiations, reached good deal. All processes were fast and accurate. Recommend to talk to John when visit this dealer.
The finance team needs better personnel that is customer oriented and not out for a commission. I really like my car but will not be doing further business with this particular dealer. I should have gotten out of there when I saw another customer lose it with one of the finance reps on the day I went to make my purchase. They put a new rep Carlos, who was begging for me to give them 5 stars, supervised by another guy who was his supervisor who was worse with less knowledge of the details on the plans he was pushing by the name of Andrew. Had to get consumer affairs involved in my case as they would not return my calls.
We leased a car at Kia Yonkers and here is what happened: 1) car arrived to us with a nail in the tire and we needed to return to dealership to get tire replaced (luckily, they replaced at no charge), 2) the salesperson brought us the car because it took a long time for the car to arrive. Apparently on his way to our place he drove through a toll and never told us and we received the bill for that in the email, 3) they were late in ordering our registration, and we got two tickets for this for a total of $130. I've called several times to ask about this and either voice mails are full or the salespeople don't return my messages.
the minute we walked threw the door we were greeted immediately by Moon Lee. What a delightful person to work with. With our many questions he was so patient with us and answered them in a timely fashion. After some time we leased a Kia Sportage and we are very happy. The entire staff who had a hand in our visit were pleasant as well, but Moon Lee was the best.. Thank you Moon Lee..

I've had new cars since every couple of years and this was the best experience we had. I got what I wanted no haggling. We were in and out when signing the papers. I highly recommend going to Smithtown Kia.
I dealt with Mike Halliday as my salesman. He made us a great deal. He is a great guy and very knowledgable too. Makes you feel very comfortable, and before we leased this car we had many questions and he always responded quickly by phone or e mail to help us in the process. Dealership is A+. Placed this on Google Reviews, too: Went to the dealership service to fix something in my previous car, but was shown that my damage was more significant. So I decided right there and then to get a new one. Sales person Tony Carrion was thankfully there; not only did he take the time to make sure I got the best deal, but he made sure I got something safe, answered all of our questions without rushing us and explained all my options. Will go back for my maintenance and I would recommend the Yonkers Kia dealership!
