I've only had my Soul for three weeks, but I love it already. It's smooth and quiet and I didn't put gas in for two weeks. A terrific warranty comes with a Kia car. I do wish it had a CD player because I love audiobooks, but that's my only - if silly - complaint. It's a terrific little car.

Right now I'm experiencing front end problems when I mash my brakes I'm getting loud crackling sounds and I'm trying to get it fixed I don't know if it's the brakes or the front end or something else I don't know

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Our 3rd Soul and this one is a keeper. (npi) Way better power range with the 2.0 4 cyl. Decent gas mileage with mid range driving and a big ,and or, heavy foot. Nimble but stable agility when turning or passing. Great factory quality control as well.

The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Looks good, Good price, Good MPG, This is my third Soul and I liked them all. The first one was totaled in a T-Bone accident. I walked away without a scratch. Traded the second one in for the third one. Wanted a new car for retirement.

I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car. I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan). The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). I got a used 2021 only one owner Soul with just 5400 miles in a local dealer, been driving it for two weeks, making 25 to 26 mpg within the city, haven't driven it yet on the road but I can tell it's roomy inside, I am a fat 240 pounds guy and I fit very well behind the wheel. Mine is the basic LW trim but I feel safe and confident. The inside noise is not so high and the ride feels smooth. It has enough power to start quick and easy to move forward. Only dislike is that feature to stop the engine at the light for gas save but fortunately it can be disabled by pressing a key underneath the dashboard on the left.

I went in there knowing what I wanted. I told the salesperson, “This is it- let’s run some number”. After that was said, boom, we were off and running. The process was smooth, easy, fast. I recommend STG AUTO GROUP to anyone. Daniel helped me out! Look for that guy, he’s a solid dude.

This is my 2nd Soul. I had no intention of getting rid of my 2016 but the dealership called and offered me a new 2020 for the same monthly payment. I declined their offer several times because I loved my car and didn’t want to trade it in. The salesman finally convinced me to come in and test drive the new model so I did. I loved the new bells and whistles it had so I went ahead and traded. My payment stayed the same and my insurance actually went down. I could not be any happier with my Kia Soul.

I have a 2019 soul just turned 15.000K miles. Bought it used with 11K miles. I like it, it has plenty of room inside. I am 6`3 . One problem the mechanics can't find is the vibration. It can be felt in the seat and the steering wheel. This problem will keep me from buying another KIA. Also a noisy AC Fan. My 2010 SPORTAGE was trouble free for the 4 years i had it. SKY
