This car although it looks small has a lot of leg room in it! Gets decent Mileage & is loaded! Great value for the money! Would buy another one.
The salesman Eugene was not pushy very patient and a nice person which made my car buying experience fun, great place to buy a car.
When I Put A Car in Park I Expect It To Stay There

I ended up liking this car a lot more than I expected to- having cold AC blow up your xxx is something you really have to experience to fully appreciate. Everything was just great until...one day I put it in "park", got out to move something out of my parking spot, and it rolled down the driveway and hit the wall. $2000 in damages. Did I mention it was in "PARK"? At first KIA Corporate was cool but then they stopped answering my calls. I took it to the dealership. They checked it over and said "We can't find anything wrong with it". Great. Just great. Thanks for that, guys! Want to see my pictures of the car resting up against the wall while the shifter is in "PARK"? Unbelievable.

Smooth, quiet ride

I love driving this car. It isn't zippy, but it has smooth acceleration, and costs only roughly $20 a month for 1000 miles in "gas". I love the light colored interior and the panoramic sunroof, but the navigation is lacking and constantly sends us through residental / farm roads. The voice navigation has no Point of interest lookup, so you have to say the address. It takes less time to just ask google to navigate where i need to go. Sirius XM traffic data is lacking coverage as well, leaving the navigation experience very lacking.
Good selection of cars. . I called and asked for a particular car. Salesman said there was one in my price range. He took my information, texted and called me several times to set up an appointment. When I got to the sales lot, he said it was sold. Could he not have called me to tell me that. Almost walked away when sales man said "Let's not waste each others time when discussing price of a particular car.

Kia! You truly impress us!! This car is amazing well built cars!! We had other EVs and they were just ok cars but Kia Soul EV+ made us very happy!!
We love how it drives on the road and handle. It’s very quiet car at highway speed. Interiors materials are good quality material and doesn’t feel cheap! Seat!!! The seats are amazing!!! We drove 20,000 miles in first year on one of them. So much fun!! We are looking forward to our next Kia replacement EV. Hope happens soon!!! Come on Niro BEV!! Where are you???
First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.

More people should get electric cars when they find out how little it cost to run them it's ridiculous to pay for gas.
