I had a great experience with Gus Danso the other day when I traded my car in. Very helpful, didn’t pressure my into anything I didn’t want to buy, and he knew what he was doing. It says a lot when you have nothing bad to say about a car dealership. At 3 am one day, I stumbled upon Metro Motors. I went in the next day to see the car. I fell in love with the inventory. They have nice cars with even better deals. All or most cars have a car fax and they are not secretive about the car history. They take real good care of the cars too. Everyone worked well with me. They worked with me and were very patient. I was very particular about a certain car that I wanted and not once did they try to bait and switch me. They kept me updated on the vehicle and finance offeres that I was eligible for. When the banks did not approve me because of no credit history, his lovely wife made sure to contact another source fhat said yes to me. As a first time car buyer, they made sure make this experience one that was worthwhile. I ended up getting the vehicle and left the lot as a very happy customer. They even drove the car to my home. They took time out of their personal lives to make sure that I was taken care of, and didn't make me feel bad for staying past closing time. I'm happy driving my dream car. Joe and his team are God sent, honest individuals. They work with integrity and want to make sure that you leave the lot in a vehicle that YOU want. This shopping adventure began when the 16 year old car that my 77 year old father drives lost its transmission. My mother and father are in great health but have lost their confidence to make big financial decisions on their own. They wanted me to find them a good car at a good price. Within a matter of days, I was looking at the inventory at The Auto Centre. They had the vehicle that met all of our shopping criteria. A quick test drive revealed that this car, a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, was the vehicle that we had been searching for. Finding the car was easy. What I needed now was a caring and thoughtful staff that would explain everything to my parents and restore their car buying confidence. We bought the car during a holiday week and dealt directly with Ken and Lorraine. They went above and beyond to explain everything simply and clearly and answer all of my mother's questions. My father is very proud of his "new" car and has been showing it off to everyone. My mother is happy that my father is in a safe and reliable vehicle. I am happy that my folks were treated fairly and that we had such a smooth car buying experience. Thank you Auto Centre!
Highly recommend Lion Country Kia. I live in Maryland and had a 2 and a half hour drive to see a used Mustang they had for sale. Joe Belanger was the online sales rep and he was great! He was very honest about the car and any of the dings, etc. that it had. I really appreciated the honesty and that allowed me to make my decisions before making the drive. He was very honest and we worked out a deal over the phone and I made a credit card deposit to hold the car for a few days so I could make arrangements to drive out and buy it. If I got there and decided not to buy, they would have given me my deposit back. The car was exactly as described so I was happy and bought the car. You see, the car was exactly as described with all the flaws he said. If he would have lied and I got there and saw a dent, etc. I would have been pissed and never bought the car. This dealership has good honest people. I will definitely contact them when purchasing my next car. Ted Woodring, financing, was great too. Very enjoyable purchase. I had previously driven to another dealer 2 weeks prior and the Mustang they had for sale had scratches but they said it was cherry and purposely hid them from the pics. Because of that, that dealership didn't get my money and Lion Country Kia did. Thanks guys!! Great dealership!
This is our second vehicle from Price Kia...we LOVE the dealership AND the vehicles! From the purchase (Dennis Barbieri) to the financing, to the service, it's the best! We have a Mercedes and a Sorrento, and I prefer to drive my Sorrento! :)
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I arrived a little early, and they took my car right away. I was out 5 minutes after my scheduled time. We have purchased six Kias here and we will always deal with Peoria Kia. Kudos to our long time service rep, Larry Orris.
Peoria KIA should suggest to customers that they inspect their new vehicle while taking delivery. My vehicle has a dent in the rear that I did not notice because the salesman focused on interior features. That day was hot and humid, very uncomfortable, and the delivery process took place in the hot sun. Earnhardt Hyundai, where I bought a G90 last August, delivers vehicles in a comfortable garage setting while encouraging buyers to inspect their new vehicle. Peoria KIA should do something similar.
I highly recommend Surprise Honda. I had been car shopping for a few months, but Surprise Honda is the only dealership who impressed me.
Every single person I met at their dealership was super friendly and helpful! They didn’t waste my time looking at cars i had no interest in.
They really listen. They showed me the exact car i wanted with all of my “must haves.” The facility is gorgeous. I’m looking forward to my service appointments and the Starbucks coffee!
