It got me where the kids and I needed to go, just too small for a family but that is what I got at the time. Had issues with the oil distributer and had to get it replaced, luckily under warranty, other than that, no problems really. Pretty reliable!
Jenn is the best ever! Ladies please buy your car from here if your looking for someone with honesty and integrity. I truly felt like she cared about me as a person and not just a client. I am a customer forever as long as Jenn is there. She sets the standard!

This is my second Sportage. This car is perfect for an active lifestyle. I can fit my bike in the back with the seats down, the KIA roof racks are great for transporting my kayak and it is great in the snow. It is just the right size and easy to drive with good visibility. Gets decent mileage and takes regular gas.
Went in to try to replace my car when mine was totaled. Was greeted at the door asked what I was looking for and any specific features. Josh was awesome. Was able to get me in a new vehicle that day. They even were able to call enterprise and have them pick up my rental from them so I did t have to make multiple trips and could leave with my new car. Great experience.
Most reliable car I’ve owned.

Great family car. Lots of room for luggage in the hatch, and wonderful for travel. As fast as it needs to be, handles well, and is quite comfortable. Best part of owning a KIA is that service is extremely reasonably priced. With the frequent coupons sent from the dealership, you can get an oil change, tires rotated, multi point inspection, and fluids filled for around $50.
Found a 2010 Accord in almost perfect condition - Bruce Elliott made sure the car was safe for our new college student and put an extra polish on the outside - that car still sparkles. Marla Franklin showed us several cars until we found the one we wanted - she was a pleasure to work with. This was a great experience!

Great performance for a 4 cylinder. Easy handling. Very nice design for a compact SUV.
All necessary features that I needed; example: "handsfree Blue Tooth". This was one of the top features that I was looking for. Adaquate safety features was very important to me since I am a Professional Nanny transporting children.
Wonderful customer service, everyone, in addition to my sales person, Patrick Scofield, was very polite, helpful, and attentive. I would highly recommend Patrick for any of your vehicle needs.
Brake, Roator, and Axle Problems

I bought my Kia Sportage brand new in 2015 and the steering always felt a little loose. It is now three years later in 2018 and I’ve had to replace all new brakes and roters. After two months of having those repairs done my axles have gone bad. Due to the car being only three years old, there are no Kia dealerships that have any axels in stock and the dealership will have to order the part from overseas for me to get a new one. This car is terrible on gas also. Kia and Hyundai vehicles have very faulty parts to them and when repairs are needed, watch out, you will pay a lot out of pocket.
Frank, the salesman, was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Brett the finance guy was great at explaining everything and even Brian the manager was very friendly and kept checking on us. The whole experience was very easy. I would recommend the dealership to anyone seeking a good quality car from knowledgeable friendly people.
Great car for new driver

We just purchased the EX model for our daughter. We love the size and safety features- airbags, brakes, stability control and she feels higher than a sedan and can see over the hood very well. It’s super cute . The only negatives are the seat is a little hard and the rear window is a little narrow. Fortunately the large back up camera helps!
I would highly recommend Kia of Bedford. I had the best experience purchasing my vehicle. KOB delivers what they advertise and more. The staff is always friendly and professional. Thanks Julie for the awesome customer service and delicious popcorn!
As usual, recent, routine service appointment went according to plan with no surprises. Service advisor, Andrew, was courteous and efficient. Waited while service was performed and car was ready sooner than promised.
